Abstract

The composition is prepared from shinyleaf yellowhorn oil nervonic acid and L-magnesium threonate serving as dual-core targets by compounding DHA algae oil, phosphatidylserine, EGCG and B vitamins, so that a 'myelin sheath repair + signal conduction acceleration' dual-target synergistic system is formed, and meanwhile, membrane structure maintenance, antioxidation, anti-inflammatory and neurotransmitter synthesis support are realized, nerve conduction efficiency is systematically improved, and instruction-execution delay is shortened. The problem of uneven mixing and agglomeration of liquid oil and powder is solved by microencapsulation, and the process is mature, the safety is high and the stability is good. Animal experiments show that the composition can shorten the time of simple reaction by 30.5% (p < 0.01), shorten the time of selective reaction by 29.9% (p < 0.01), has unobvious and unexpected technical effects, and is suitable for long-term nutrition supplement of middle-aged and elderly people and people in the convalescence period of cerebral apoplexy.

Claims (10)
- 1. The nutritional composition for supporting nerve conduction by double targets is characterized by comprising, by mass, 200-600 parts of shinyleaf yellowhorn oil (containing nervonic acid), 100-400 parts of L-magnesium threonate, 50-200 parts of DHA algae oil, 20-150 parts of phosphatidylserine, 20-100 parts of EGCG and 10-80 parts of vitamin B mixture.
- 2. The nutritional composition according to claim 1, wherein the vitamin B group mixture comprises vitamin B1, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 in a mass ratio of (5-15): 0.01-0.1.
- 3. The nutritional composition according to claim 1, wherein the content of nervonic acid in the shinyleaf yellowhorn oil is not less than 2%.
- 4. Nutritional composition according to claim 1, characterized in that the DHA content of the DHA algae oil is not less than 20%.
- 5. The nutritional composition according to claim 1, wherein the phosphatidylserine is of a purity of 50% or more.

The nutritional composition according to claim 1, wherein the components are used in an amount of 400 parts by mass of shinyleaf yellowhorn oil, 200 parts by mass of magnesium L-threonate, 100 parts by mass of DHA algae oil, 50 parts by mass of phosphatidylserine, 50 parts by mass of EGCG and 30 parts by mass of vitamin B group mixture.

A method of preparing the dual-target nerve conduction supporting nutritional composition of any one of claims 1-6, comprising the steps of: (1) Microencapsulating xanthoceras sorbifolia bunge oil by spray drying to obtain microcapsule powder; (2) Microencapsulating the mixture of the L-magnesium threonate, the EGCG and the vitamin B, wherein DHA algae oil and phosphatidylserine adopt microencapsulated powder; (3) Uniformly mixing all the powders; (4) Filling into hard capsules.

The preparation method of the dry powder coating is characterized in that the process of the step (1) comprises the steps of wall material gelatin, sucrose=1:5, solid content 20%, core material load 35%, dispersion at 10000-15000 rpm for 5-10 min, homogenization at 20-40 MPa for 2-3 times, spray drying at inlet air temperature of 170-180 ℃ and outlet air temperature of 75-85 ℃.
- 9. The method according to claim 7, wherein the three-dimensional motion mixer is adopted in the step (3) to mix for 20-30min at 15-20 rpm, the ambient temperature is less than or equal to 25 ℃, and the relative humidity is less than or equal to 45%.
