Description
Preparation method and application of cigar flavor particles Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of tobacco processing, and particularly relates to a preparation method and application of cigar flavor particles. Background Reconstituted tobacco is an important industrial raw material produced by a special reconstituted tobacco technology. The technology takes tobacco powder, tobacco stems, fragments and other byproducts generated in the tobacco planting and primary processing process as main raw materials, and is prepared by a series of standard processes such as fiber separation, recombination, slurry preparation, papermaking forming, drying and the like. The production process realizes the high-value utilization of tobacco resources, and converts the materials with lower utilization rate into homogenized and standardized high-grade raw materials. The reconstituted tobacco is applied to the cigarette formula, the comprehensive utilization rate of raw materials can be obviously improved, the production cost and the resource consumption are reduced, meanwhile, the physical and chemical properties of the reconstituted tobacco have high designability, and key indexes such as the filling value, the burning rate, the tar release amount and the like of the reconstituted tobacco can be flexibly adjusted through process design, so that the reconstituted tobacco becomes an important functional carrier for realizing the tar reduction and harm reduction of the product, and the inherent quality of the cigarette product can be effectively homogenized and stabilized. However, the process of producing reconstituted tobacco brings advantages and, at the same time, also places inherent constraints on its final organoleptic quality. Because the raw materials are subjected to fiberization separation and recombination, the reconstituted tobacco loses the special aroma level and richness of the natural tobacco, and obvious dry feel and woody smell are often accompanied during combustion, so that the smoke is fine and smooth, and the suction comfort is poor. In order to improve the defect, cigar essence with mellow and plump characteristic fragrance is added into reconstituted tobacco, and the cigar essence has become an important technical direction for improving the style of products. However, the product obtained by the existing cigar essence preparation process is often unsatisfactory in lifting effect when applied to reconstituted tobacco. The aroma performance is generally mixed, and the characteristic aroma is provided, meanwhile, the undesirable miscellaneous gas possibly accompanies, and the reconstituted tobacco is difficult to blend into a reconstituted tobacco system in a pure and coordinated way, so that the potential of improving the sensory quality of the reconstituted tobacco is limited. Even if the problem of coordination of the fragrance raw materials is not considered, the porous structural characteristics of the reconstituted tobacco and the high-temperature drying procedure which is necessary to be carried out after the porous structural characteristics of the reconstituted tobacco can cause the added volatile fragrance components to be extremely easy to lose and deteriorate in the processing and subsequent links, so that the fragrance adding effect is difficult to be durable and stable, and the consistency of the fragrance of the product at the front and rear sections of the product is poor. Although embedding by conventional microcapsule technology is a theoretical choice, the microcapsule technology is often not suitable for cigar fragrance systems with complex components and special application environments of reconstituted tobacco. The deficiency of the quality coordination of the perfume raw materials and the limitation of the carrier on the perfume preserving capability form a key bottleneck for the development of the reconstituted tobacco products with high style and high value. The application of cigar essence in reconstituted tobacco leaves can be subjected to the double problems of impure fragrance quality and unstable retention for a long time, and the effective application of the technology in the development of high-end products is directly restricted. The present invention has been made to solve the above problems. Disclosure of Invention Aiming at the dual technical problems that cigar essence in the prior art has impure fragrance quality and poor coordination when being applied to reconstituted tobacco, is easy to volatilize and lose in the processing process and is difficult to stably retain for a long time, the invention provides cigar flavor particles, a preparation method and application thereof, which are used for improving fragrance quality purity and obviously enhancing retention stability and release coordination in a reconstituted tobacco system by adopting a linked purification and embedding technology, thereby comprehensively improving sensory quality of r
