CN-122004515-A - Method for enhancing sweetness of cigarette smoke based on sweet synergism
Abstract
The invention discloses a method for enhancing the sweet sensation of cigarette smoke based on sweet synergism, which comprises the steps of preparing a synergistic sweet sensation agent, compounding a first sweet substance and a second sweet substance according to a preset mass ratio, dissolving or dispersing the compound in a solvent to form the synergistic sweet sensation agent, applying the synergistic sweet sensation agent to a cigarette carrier to obtain a cigarette material, and balancing and rolling the treated cigarette material to obtain a cigarette. The method for enhancing the sweetness of the cigarette smoke based on the sweet synergism is used for enhancing and improving the sweet perception of the cigarette during smoking through the synergism among specific sweet substances, realizing stronger, more natural and more coordinated sweet experience with less addition, realizing remarkable improvement of perceived sweetness with lower total addition, realizing more natural, rich and durable produced sweetness, better harmony with the smoke, and effectively overcoming the problems of hard sweet perception, easy generation of bitter taste after the generation, poor fusion degree with the smoke and the like of a single sweetener.

Description
Method for enhancing sweetness of cigarette smoke based on sweet synergism Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of cigarette manufacturing, in particular to a method for enhancing the sweet feeling of cigarette smoke based on sweet synergism. Background In the design of cigarette products, the sensory quality is central. The sweet taste is used as a key positive flavor index, and can effectively soften smoke, mask miscellaneous gases and irritation, and promote the alcohol content and comfort of suction. Therefore, it is of great importance to develop effective sweet taste enhancement techniques. Currently, the main way to enhance sweetness within the industry is to use high-potency sweeteners such as sucralose, thaumatin, ammonium glycyrrhizinate, etc. singly or in combination. However, these methods have significant limitations of 1. Single sweetness and significant threshold effects, wherein a single sweetener provides a monotonous sweetness profile, and when a certain concentration (threshold) is reached, the continued increase in the amount of sweetener is limited in intensity enhancement and tends to give rise to undesirable effects such as afterbitter taste, metallic taste, etc., 2. Poor coordination with smoke, many high-potency sweeteners have sweetness characteristics that do not match the complex combustion product aromas of tobacco, resulting in a sweet "float" over smoke, appearing hard and unnatural, i.e. "sweet" and 3. Thermal stability and safety problems, wherein some sweeteners may crack under the high temperature environment of cigarette burning, resulting in an uncertain product, the inhalation safety of which is to be more fully assessed, 4. Contradictory costs and effects, the use of high-potency sweeteners in large amounts for the pursuing significant effects, and the cost is high and may be counterproductive due to negative taste. Thus, there is a need for a method of enhancing the sweetness of cigarette smoke based on sweetness synergy.
