The preparation method of the low-carbon environment-friendly bio-based nylon glove is characterized by comprising the following steps of: S1, uniformly stirring a basic sizing material and an auxiliary agent in proportion, wherein the sizing material composition is selected from one of a nitrile rubber composition, a latex composition and a polyurethane rubber composition; s2, weaving a glove liner by using a bio-based nylon yarn as a core raw material and at least one yarn selected from polyester yarn, nylon yarn and anti-cutting yarn through a computer braiding machine, and sleeving the glove liner on a hand mold; s3, immersing the hand mould sleeved with the glove liner into a glue groove to enable glue solution to be uniformly adhered to the surface of the glove liner; S4, carrying out surface treatment on the dipped glove by adopting a rubber surface curing process or an anti-slip powder spraying process; s5, placing the glove subjected to the anti-slip treatment in an oven for drying; S6, delivering the glove dried in the first stage into a cleaning tank for spraying, soaking or skipping the step; S7, drying in the second stage, namely drying the soaked and washed gloves or the non-soaked and washed gloves; S8, placing the glove after the second-stage drying in vulcanizing equipment for vulcanizing treatment or skipping the step; S9, demolding the vulcanized glove or the unvulcanized glove from the hand mold, and packaging and warehousing the qualified product after inspection.
