Abstract

The invention discloses a head wearing device with a light filtering function, which comprises a light-transmitting base member and a light filtering medium attached to the surface or dispersed in the light-transmitting base member. After being combined with the optical filter medium, the light-transmitting base member can selectively transmit light rays with the wavelength ranging from 560nm to 1200nm (average transmittance is more than or equal to 80%), block ultraviolet rays and high-energy blue light with the wavelength ranging from 200nm to 505nm (transmittance is less than or equal to 5%), and the transmittance at 555nm is 40 to 50%. The light filter medium realizes the long-wave-pass filter characteristic through the synergistic effect of polyether modified organic light absorption materials and nano titanium oxide. The invention overcomes the defect that the traditional sun-proof mask blocks the sight, and has the advantages of absolutely blocking the blackening and aging shortwave light sources, simultaneously, having high transmittance of red light and near infrared light for promoting the generation of collagen, reserving proper transmittance at 555nm to ensure clear riding sight, and realizing perfect combination of physical protection and passive photon whitening.

Claims (10)

  1. 1. The head wearing device with the light filtering function is characterized by comprising a light-transmitting base member and a light filtering medium, wherein the light filtering medium is attached to the surface of the light-transmitting base member or dispersed in the light-transmitting base member, and after being combined with the light filtering medium, the light-transmitting base member can selectively transmit light rays with the wavelength ranging from 560nm to 1200nm and block light rays with the wavelength ranging from 200nm to 505 nm.
  2. 2. The head-wearing device with light filtering function according to claim 1, wherein the light filtering medium is an optical film attached to at least one side surface of the light-transmitting base member.
  3. 3. The head-wearing device with a light filtering function according to claim 1, wherein the light filtering medium is a light absorber which is blended in a base material of the light-transmitting base member and is integrally injection-molded with the light-transmitting base member.
  4. 4. A head wear device with light filtering function according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the head wear device is a helmet and the light-transmitting base member is a protective mask provided on the front side of the helmet.
  5. 5. A head wearing device with a light filtering function according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the head wearing device is a visor cap and the light-transmitting base member is a visor of the visor cap.

The head-wearing device with a light filtering function according to claim 1, wherein the light-transmitting base member has a transmittance of 5% or less in a wavelength range of 200nm to 505nm and an average transmittance of 80% or more in a wavelength range of 560nm to 1200nm after being bonded to the light filtering medium.

The head wearing device with the light filtering function according to claim 2, wherein the optical film is a physical adhesive film with a multi-layer structure, the physical adhesive film sequentially comprises a mounting adhesive layer, an optical base film layer and a selective filter coating, wherein the mounting adhesive layer is used for being attached to the surface of the light-transmitting base member, the optical base film layer is made of at least one of polyethylene terephthalate, thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer or polycarbonate, and the selective filter coating is attached to and cured on the outer surface of the optical base film layer.

The head wearing device with the light filtering function according to claim 7, wherein the selective light filtering coating is formed by solidifying a homogeneous or semi-homogeneous liquid material comprising, by mass, 35-55 parts of a polyurethane flexible substrate, 15-25 parts of a polyether modified organic selective light absorbing material, 8-15 parts of a nano titanium oxide disperse phase, 10-20 parts of an acrylate-reinforced polyurethane hard film forming component and 3-8 parts of a polyurethane adhesive aid.

The head wearing device with a light filtering function according to claim 3, wherein the base material of the light-transmitting base member is selected from at least one of polycarbonate, polymethyl methacrylate, or polyester, the light absorber comprises polyether-modified organic selective light absorbing material and nano titanium oxide, and the mass percentage of the light absorber in the base material is 0.1% to 5.0%.

The head-wearing device with light filtering function according to claim 1, wherein the light filtering medium is configured to block ultraviolet and high-energy short-wave blue light causing melanin deposition and photoaging, and transmit yellow light, red light and near-infrared light promoting collagen production, so as to achieve phototherapy whitening protection of the wearer's face.

Head wearing device with light filtering function Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of optical protection and photon beauty, in particular to a head wearing device which can selectively filter light rays in a specific wave band and has phototherapy whitening and photoaging prevention functions, and the head wearing device comprises but is not limited to a helmet protective mask and a visor of a sunhat. Background As people continue to gain knowledge of skin health and photoaging, sun protection of head-worn devices (e.g., electric car helmets, outdoor sun visors) is becoming increasingly important.
