Description
Sole and shoes thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of footwear products, in particular to a sole and a shoe thereof, and more particularly relates to a sole capable of self-adapting and expanding in a large range and a structure thereof. Background The conventional soles are mostly rigid or semi-rigid structures with fixed sizes, the length and the circumference of the conventional soles cannot be changed, and the conventional soles cannot adapt to dynamic changes of the feet of the wearer and changes of the growth stages of children. A pair of shoes can only adapt to specific sizes and foot types, and when the feet of a user develop or swell due to movement, the shoes are not matched with the feet, so that the squeezing or loosening is caused, and the comfort and the safety are affected. Especially, because the feet of children grow rapidly, shoes are often eliminated before the soles are worn out due to the fact that the sizes of the shoes are too small, and obvious economic waste and resource consumption are caused. The scheme of adjusting vamp parcel nature through elastic cord or magic subsides is usually seen from vamp angle to solve above-mentioned problem among the prior art to realize the size variation of shoe track in the within a small range, can't solve the root limitation of sole effective support area. There are few scalable sole designs in the market, such as size variations achieved by complex folding and segmented structures. However, these solutions generally have significant drawbacks: 1. the expansion range is limited, larger dimensional change cannot be realized, and the foot development requirement of a user is difficult to adapt; 2. Only limited expansion and contraction in the length direction can be realized, and the change of foot circumference cannot be adapted; 3. because of the complex structure and the multiple mechanical parts, the wearing comfort and the integrity of the sole are seriously affected, and the stable supporting performance after the extension and retraction is difficult to ensure; 4. After the expansion, the problems of uneven supporting force, partial damage, loss of the sole self protection function, easy fatigue and the like occur. Therefore, the prior telescopic sole technology is difficult to achieve good balance among flexibility, comfort, stability and simplicity, and restricts the popularization and application Accordingly, there is a need for a sole structure that is capable of adapting to a wide range of length and girth dimensions, while compromising flexibility, comfort, stability, safety, and the like. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, provides a sole and a shoe thereof, solves the problem of limiting the adjustment range in the background art, and further solves the problem that the telescopic sole has comprehensive performance. The invention solves the technical problems by adopting the technical proposal that a sole is provided, which comprises a flexible midsole and an outsole; The surface of the flexible midsole is distributed with a plurality of grooves for guiding deformation, the extending direction of the grooves is perpendicular to the extending direction of the flexible midsole, and the grooves divide the surface of the flexible midsole into a plurality of unit blocks; the outsole is arranged on the lower surface of the flexible midsole and comprises a plurality of wear-resistant layers and limiting pieces, wherein the wear-resistant layers are respectively covered on the surfaces of the unit blocks, the limiting pieces are bent and contained in the grooves in a non-limiting state, and two ends of each limiting piece are connected with the wear-resistant layers on the surfaces of two adjacent unit blocks. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the grooves are spaced apart along the length and width of the flexible midsole to form a grid of grooves comprising transverse grooves and longitudinal grooves. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the thickness of the wear-resistant layer is 3-5mm, the thickness of the limiting member is not greater than 2mm, and the limiting member extends across the transverse grooves and the longitudinal grooves and avoids the gap between the two.
