Description
Non-overflow suction pipe The application relates to a divisional application based on China patent application with 2024, 9, 3 days, 202411227973.9 and a 'no overflow straw'. Cross Reference to Related Applications The present application claims the benefits of U.S. provisional application No. 63/529,125 entitled "No spillover straw (No SPILL STRAW)" filed on day 26, 7, 2023 and U.S. provisional application No. 63/529,988 entitled "No spillover straw (No SPILL STRAW)" filed on day 31, 7, 2023. Technical Field Aspects provided herein relate to portable beverage accessories, such as insulated travel mugs, shaker cups (shaker cup), and the like. Background Travel beverage accessories typically include insulated and uninsulated cups, double-walled cups, or any other suitable beverage container that includes a fitted lid to prevent accidental spillage. The cover may be a simple screw cover or a push cover and may not always be leak proof. It is speculated that the leak-proof covers typically include a mechanism that typically requires two hands to operate, and thus can be cumbersome to use. Disclosure of Invention At high levels, the beverage container may include a lid structure coupled to the base structure to define an interior volume for holding and/or dispensing a beverage held within the beverage container. The base structure may be a cup-shaped container that may optionally be insulated to keep the beverage cold/hot for an extended period of time (e.g., between 4 hours and 48 hours). The lid structure may have a spout portion or straw mechanism for dispensing the contents of the beverage container when the lid structure and the base structure are engaged with each other. To provide a leak-proof beverage container, the straw mechanism is rotatably transitionable between a closed state (i.e., a no-dispense state, a no-spill state, a travel state, or a no-use state) and an open state (i.e., a dispense state). The straw mechanism prevents the contents of the beverage container from spilling or otherwise being dispensed or consumed from the beverage container when in its closed state. The straw mechanism, when in its open state, allows the contents of the drink container to be consumed or otherwise dispensed from the beverage container. A cover structure according to aspects herein includes a straw mechanism and a body portion. The body portion has a threaded engagement section configured to securely engage the base structure of the beverage container, and an engagement cavity configured to receive and engage the straw mechanism, as will become more apparent in the description of the drawings provided below. The straw mechanism and the body portion are releasably engaged with one another to facilitate cleaning of the cover structure. In addition, the straw mechanism and the body portion are rotatably engaged to provide a leak-proof cover structure for travel or general portability. This is advantageous over conventional straw-based beverage containers in which the straw extends through a penetrable opening in the cap, or the straw itself is an open conduit to the contents of the container, both of which are potential leakage areas. Aspects herein are generally directed to a lid structure for a beverage container having a body portion including a straw connector configured to be detachably attached to a detachable straw. The detachable straw facilitates, among other things, thorough cleaning of the lid structure, and also provides a neatly storable container that can fit all of its components within the interior volume defined by the base structure and the lid structure. The straw mechanism of the cover structure includes a frame portion and a spout portion having a spout opening. In embodiments, by way of non-limiting example, the nozzle portion may be rigid and formed of a hard polymer, plastic material, metal, or other rigid material. In another embodiment, by way of non-limiting example, the nozzle portion may be flexible (i.e., bendable, stretchable, elastic, deformable) and formed of a suitable material (e.g., silicone or other rubber polymer material). The frame portion frames the nozzle portion such that the nozzle portion extends outwardly through the opening of the frame portion and the first surface of the frame portion. Further, the first surface of the frame portion includes a first indicator protruding from the first surface. The spout base portion is wider than the spout portion and seats on the second surface of the frame portion to seal the opening of the frame portion. The nozzle opening of the nozzle portion extends through to the nozzle base portion. In some aspects, the spout portion is shaped similar to a conventional straw having a cylindrical tubular structure with a circular cross-section with a circular opening. In other aspects, by way of non-limiting example, the nozzle portion may have a tubular structure having any desired cross-sectional shape with a correspondingly shaped openin
