Description
Self-expanding plugging type proximal anastomat Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of medical equipment and surgical operation, in particular to a self-expanding plugging type proximal anastomat. Background When the coronary artery bypasses, the great saphenous vein serving as a bypass blood vessel is anastomosed with the wall of the ascending aorta, so that the blood flow in the main artery can be led out to the coronary artery through the great saphenous vein. At present, the clinically adopted method is to perform anastomosis from the ascending aorta to the great saphenous vein by adopting a manual suturing mode. However, in the existing anastomosis methods, needle eyes at the suture position are easy to bleed when the aortic wall is weak, and repeated suture and hemostasis by compression are often required. Particularly, when in minimally invasive bypass, the ascending aorta is deeply blocked by the pulmonary artery, the exposure is difficult, the operation difficulty of the anastomosis of the proximal blood vessel is high, and the minimally invasive bypass is the most difficult link of minimally invasive bypass operation and the link with the greatest risk of massive hemorrhage and anastomosis failure. The prior solution is to improve the operation technology of the surgeon by repeated training, and no special method is available for reducing the operation difficulty. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to solve the technical problem that the prior art has the defects, and provides a self-expanding plugging type proximal anastomat capable of reducing operation difficulty. According to the present invention, there is provided a self-expanding occlusion type proximal stapler including a first expandable ring structure and a second expandable ring structure, wherein the self-expanding occlusion type proximal stapler has a contracted state and an expanded state, the first expandable ring structure and the second expandable ring structure have uniform inner diameters in the contracted state of the self-expanding occlusion type proximal stapler, each of the first expandable ring structure and the second expandable ring structure gradually increases in diameter from a connecting end of the first expandable ring structure and the second expandable ring structure in the expanded state of the self-expanding occlusion type proximal stapler, and the self-expanding occlusion type proximal stapler is placed in an opening formed in a blood vessel wall in the contracted state and released to the expanded state such that the blood vessel wall is sandwiched between the first expandable ring structure and the second expandable ring structure in the expanded state. Preferably, the self-expanding occlusion type proximal stapler further comprises a vascular prosthesis engaged with the end of the first expandable ring structure outside the artery. Preferably, the outer side surface and/or the inner side surface of the first expandable ring structure and the second expandable ring structure are provided with a blood impermeable cover for hemostasis. Preferably, the material of the first expandable ring structure and the second expandable ring structure is a memory metal or an elastic material. Preferably, the self-expanding occlusion type proximal stapler according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention further comprises a sleeve for receiving the first and second expandable ring structures in a contracted state, the first and second expandable ring structures in the contracted state being placed in the vessel wall-formed opening in a state placed in the sleeve, and the sleeve being removed after being placed in the vessel wall-formed opening to release the first and second expandable ring structures into a deployed state. Preferably, the self-expanding occlusion type proximal stapler according to the present invention is used for anastomosis between the great saphenous vein and the ascending main vessel wall. Preferably, the vessel wall is an arterial wall. Compared with the existing anastomosis means at present, the anastomat can remarkably reduce the operation difficulty of proximal vascular anastomosis in vascular end-side anastomosis operations such as coronary bypass operation, reduce operation time and improve the safety and success rate of the operation.
