Description
Full suture anchor nail Technical Field The application relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a full-suture anchor. Background The full-suture anchor is a novel strip-line anchor with a full-suture structure, and has the advantages of small size, soft texture, knotless design, small bone removal amount and the like, and meanwhile, the mechanical property of the full-suture anchor meets the requirements of conventional arthroscopic surgery, so that the full-suture anchor becomes a new hot spot for research and clinical application in the current sports medicine field. The full-suture anchor is generally woven by medical fibers and mainly comprises an anchor body, a eyelet and a suture, and has good biological safety. At present, the full suture anchor is applied to more arthroscopic surgery, such as rotator cuff injury, glenoid injury, biceps brachii long head tendon injury and the like. Nevertheless, the current full-suture anchor has some defects, and the materials used for weaving the current full-suture anchor are generally non-degradable high polymer materials, so that the phenomena of anchor release and foreign body rejection reaction are easy to occur after the full-suture anchor is implanted into a human body. The full suture anchor can be completely absorbed, and after being implanted into a human body, the suture is easy to fall off, so that postoperative rehabilitation failure can be caused. Therefore, in view of the above circumstances, there is an urgent need to develop a full suture anchor, thereby overcoming the shortcomings in the current practical applications. Disclosure of Invention In order to solve the defects in the technology, the application provides a full suture anchor. The application provides a full suture anchor, which adopts the following technical scheme: The full-suture anchor comprises an anti-falling part, an anchor body and a suture, wherein the anchor body is formed by weaving absorbable materials and embedded with releasable bone growth promoting components, the anti-falling part is formed by non-absorbable materials and is fixed with the anchor body through suture threading, and the suture penetrates through holes of the anchor body and the anti-falling part and forms a constraint structure. The anti-drop part and the anchor body are matched to improve the early implantation fixation strength of the full-suture anchor, the anti-drop part prevents the suture from falling off along with the absorption of the anchor body to avoid anchor fixation failure, the anchor body adopts absorbable materials and is embedded with releasable bone growth promoting components, the bone growth promoting components are released along with the absorption of the anchor body after the anchor body is implanted into a human body, the anti-drop part is formed by non-absorbable materials and can be firmly fixed in the bone to prevent the suture from falling off along with the absorption of the anchor body, and the suture penetrates through holes of the anchor body and the anti-drop part to form a constraint structure to enable the anti-drop part and the anchor body to be worn together. In an alternative embodiment, the anchor body is provided with at least four through holes along the axial direction, wherein at least two through holes are positioned at the trisection point of the anchor body, and the rest through holes are symmetrically distributed at two sides of the center point of the anchor body. The full-suture anchor has the beneficial effects that the full-suture anchor comprises an anti-falling part, an anchor body which is woven by an absorbable material and is embedded with a releasable bone growth promoting component and a suture, the anti-falling part is formed by a non-absorbable material and is fixed with the anchor body through suture threading, the suture penetrates through holes of the anchor body and the anti-falling part and forms a constraint structure, on the basis, the anchor body is axially provided with at least four through holes, at least two through holes are positioned at the three-point position of the anchor body, the rest through holes are symmetrically distributed at two sides of the center point of the anchor body, the unique through holes are distributed so that when the suture is used for threading, the anchor is more uniform after being clustered, the formed cluster is larger, and the anti-falling part and the anchor body are enabled to be more firm to be difficult to shift or fall.
