Description

Nail anvil head of foldable anastomat Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of medical appliances, in particular to a foldable anastomat anvil head. Background Laparoscopic surgical techniques have been widely developed clinically. In laparoscopic total gastric radical surgery, esophageal and jejunal anastomosis is one of the difficulties of operation. At present, the classical circular anastomosis reconstruction of the esophagus and jejunum under the laparoscope is carried out, an anastomat nail anvil is placed at the broken end of the esophagus, then the circular anastomat is placed into a small intestine cavity, and after a central rod of the anastomat is connected with the nail anvil, the anastomat is triggered to complete the anastomosis of the esophagus and jejunum. Because the anvil head base of the anastomat is in a complete round structure, the operation space of the laparoscopic surgery is limited, and the process of placing the anvil head into the lumen of the broken end of the esophagus is very difficult. The surgical procedure often requires full force-fit pulling by an assistant to fully deploy and expose the esophageal end to assist the doctor in placing the anvil head into the esophageal end. When the esophageal diameter of a patient is smaller or the tumor invades the esophagus to cause that the broken end of the esophagus of the abdominal cavity is shorter, the operation difficulty is obviously increased, the operation time is prolonged, the esophagus is easily damaged, and the occurrence risk of complications related to the anastomotic stoma is increased. In addition, the prior art also proposes to place the anvil head of the circular stapler from the mouth and then out of the end of the esophagus, however, this approach is difficult to operate, requires a long surgical time, and tends to increase the risk of esophageal injury. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to provide a foldable anastomat nail anvil head, which solves the problems that in the prior art, the circular anastomat nail anvil head is difficult to be placed into an esophagus broken end lumen under a laparoscope, and the operation is difficult, the operation time is long and the esophagus damage risk is increased when the circular anastomat nail anvil head is placed from the oral cavity of a patient. In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides a foldable stapler nail anvil head, which comprises a central shaft sleeve, a foldable nail anvil base, a driving assembly and a rope body, wherein the foldable nail anvil base comprises two separable nail anvil caps, the two nail anvil caps are in a folded state and an unfolded state, the driving assembly is connected with the central shaft sleeve and the two nail anvil caps and is used for controlling the two nail anvil caps to move relative to the central shaft sleeve, the rope body is connected with the central shaft sleeve, the driving assembly and the two nail anvil caps and is used for enabling the two nail anvil caps to be kept at two sides of the central shaft sleeve and to be in the folded state separated from each other, and after the rope body is cut off, the driving assembly drives the two nail anvil caps to rotate and be closed so as to be switched to the unfolded state. When the device works, after the distal esophagus pouch is manufactured, the distal esophagus pouch is separated from the esophagus by about 90% under the laparoscope to be pulled. Then, the main knife doctor uses the atraumatic laparoscope grasping forceps with one hand, opens the open end of the esophagus cutting end under the proper auxiliary cooperation of the assistant, uses the laparoscope grasping forceps with the other hand, grasps the nail anvil head of the anastomat with the nail anvil cap in a folded state, and places the nail anvil head of the whole anastomat into the lumen of the esophagus through the open end of the esophagus cutting end. Because of the constraint of the rope body, the two separable nail anvil caps keep a folded state, and the transverse size of the separable nail anvil caps is small, so that the placement process is easy, and the traction damage to the broken ends of the esophagus is small. The driving assembly comprises a rotating assembly and a separating and combining assembly, wherein the rotating assembly is connected with the central shaft sleeve assembly and the separating and combining assembly, the separating and combining assembly is connected with the rotating assembly and the two nail anvil caps, the rotating assembly is used for controlling the two nail anvil caps to rotate between parallel and perpendicular relative to the central shaft sleeve assembly, and the separating and combining assembly is used for controlling the two nail anvil caps to be closed so as to be switched to an unfolding state. As a further scheme of the invention, the central shaft sleeve comprises an upper solid shaft and a lower hollow rod
