Description
Mediastinum puncture device for thoracic surgery Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of medical appliances, and particularly relates to a mediastinum puncture device for thoracic surgery. Background In clinical diagnosis and treatment of thoracic surgery, qualitative diagnosis of intramediastinal lesions (such as lymph nodes, tumors, etc.) is of paramount importance, and needle biopsy is a main means for obtaining pathological tissues. The current common puncture means include a CT or ultrasound guided puncture needle or gun. The sampling device for the medical examination of the tumor cells comprises a sampling needle, an air pump, a connecting pipe and a sealing plug, wherein the sampling needle consists of a hollow needle, an air pipe, a sleeve and a movable sleeve, a sampling port is formed in one end of the hollow needle, the sleeve is arranged at the other end of the hollow needle, the air pipe is arranged on the outer surface of the hollow needle, which is close to the sleeve, and the sleeve is connected with the hollow needle in a sliding manner. This tumour cell medical science inspection sampling device, stab the sample needle into the human body to make the sample connection on the sample needle pierce in the tumour tissue, take out the inside air of sample connection through the air pump, so tumour tissue can be through in the sample connection inhales the sample connection, cut off the tumour tissue of sample connection department through the sample connection, so extract the sample connection, and take out the sample connection, and can obtain tumour tissue, so the sample is convenient. A puncture sampling device such as the type described above, which is capable of puncturing and sampling a lesion area, has some drawbacks during actual use: 1. When puncturing under the guidance of an image, an operator mainly depends on hand feeling and image judgment. When the puncture needle encounters larger resistance, dense tumor tissues and calcified lymph nodes can be touched, and excessive force is easily generated to cause excessive puncture. The existing puncture device lacks an objective and adjustable resistance feedback mechanism, completely depends on experience and hand feeling of an operator, and has certain potential safety hazard. 2. The device cannot sample multiple positions of a focus after one needle insertion. The clinical disadvantage is remarkable, if the suspicious region needs to be sampled at multiple points to improve the diagnosis accuracy, the puncture needle needs to be repeatedly advanced and retreated, so that the operation time and the operation difficulty are increased, and the tissue injury and the complications are more easily caused. 3. The puncture mode is single, and the adaptability is not enough. The needle tip of the conventional puncture needle is of a fixed sharp structure and is suitable for directly puncturing a target. However, sharp needle tips present a risk of accidental injury when a bypass through an important nerve, blood vessel is required. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to provide a mediastinum puncture device for thoracic surgery, which can realize yielding and early warning, single puncture multipoint sampling and flexible adaptation to different tissue environments, and remarkably improves the security and the diagnosis accuracy of mediastinum puncture. The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: A mediastinum piercing depth for thoracic surgery, includes shell and connect in the pjncture needle of shell tip, open the logical groove on the pipe wall of pjncture needle, still include: the sampling needle is inserted in the shell in a sliding manner and is positioned in the puncture needle, four sampling grooves are formed in the circumferential direction of the end part of the sampling needle, different sampling grooves can be aligned with the through grooves on the puncture needle by rotating the sampling needle, and continuous sampling is realized by controlling the puncture depth; The needle head assembly is inserted into the end part of the puncture needle in a sliding way; The warning component comprises a sensing part, a triggering part, an alarming part and an adjusting part, wherein the sensing part, the triggering part and the alarming part are arranged in the shell; in the puncturing process, when the needle head assembly is subjected to axial resistance, the needle head assembly retracts into the puncture needle and drives the sampling needle to synchronously move, the sampling needle pushes the sensing part to contact the triggering part so as to trigger the alarm part to send out a warning, and the adjusting part is used for adjusting the moving resistance of the sensing part so as to change the resistance threshold for triggering the warning. In a preferred scheme, the connecting end of the puncture needle is provided with a positioning hole, the connecting end connected with the punc
