Abstract

The mitral valve forming ring can precisely inhibit reflux in an intersection area through a differential strengthening structure, reduce residual reflux rate after operation, break single limitation of the existing product indication, realize clinical coverage of full etiology and multiple diseases, adapt to repair of various complex mitral valve lesions, optimize bionic structure design, promote biocompatibility and long-term stability after implantation, reduce postoperative complications and improve prognosis of patients.

- 1. A mitral valve shaping ring (200) for suturing in a mitral valve at a position of an annulus (11) surrounding anterior and posterior leaflets (12, 13), characterized in that the mitral valve shaping ring (200) has a continuous peripheral shape surrounding a central aperture, the mitral valve shaping ring (200) comprising oppositely disposed anterior and posterior segments (210, 220), and a pair of intersecting narrowed segments (230) at intersections of the anterior and posterior segments (210, 220), the radius of curvature of the anterior segment (210) being larger than the radius of curvature of the posterior segment (220), the intersecting narrowed segments (230) being arranged to bulge outwardly locally in a circumferential direction of the mitral valve shaping ring (200); When the mitral valve forming ring (200) is sutured on the annulus (11) of the mitral valve, the juncture narrowing section (230) is arranged corresponding to the juncture area where the front leaflet (12) and the rear leaflet (13) are connected at two sides of the annulus (11), and the juncture narrowing section (230) can narrow the juncture area so as to increase the juncture area of the front leaflet (12) and the rear leaflet (13) at the position close to the juncture area.
