- 1. The immersive sleep-aiding eye mask is characterized by comprising a sensing module, a control module, a hot compress module, a bone conduction sound module and an aromatherapy module, wherein the sensing module is used for collecting at least one physiological/behavioral signal, the control module is used for carrying out state estimation based on the physiological/behavioral signal and outputting a multi-mode control instruction so as to drive the hot compress module, the bone conduction sound module and the aromatherapy module to work in a combined mode, and the control module is configured to at least execute a suppression strategy for reducing or stopping hot compress output when the rise of hot flash risk is detected.
- 2. An immersive sleep-aid eye mask according to claim 1, wherein the physiological/behavioral signals comprise at least one of periocular skin temperature t_skin, heart rate HR and heart rate variability HRV, motion signal Motion.
- 3. The immersive sleep-aiding eye mask of claim 1, wherein the sensing module further comprises a skin-electric EDA sensor and/or an ambient temperature and humidity sensor for aiding in determining sympathetic excitation and risk of hot flashes.
- 4. The immersive sleep-aiding eye patch of claim 1, wherein the heat application module comprises a flexible heating film and a temperature sensor, and wherein the flexible heating film is provided with left and right zones and supports zone heating control.
- 5. The immersive sleep-aiding eye mask of claim 1, wherein the bone conduction sound module comprises left and right bone conduction transducers and defines leakage sound pressure or external ultrasound energy to reduce interference with co-bed partners.
- 6. The immersive sleep-aid eye shield of claim 1, wherein the fragrance module comprises a replaceable fragrance carrier and a controllable release mechanism that pulses fragrance at a duty cycle and sets an upper daily cumulative dose limit.
- 7. The immersive sleep-aid eye mask of claim 1, wherein the state estimation comprises at least two of an output sleep stage state s_sleep, a hot flash risk state s_ vaso, and a wake/anxiety state s_ arousal.

The multi-mode self-adaptive closed-loop control method of the immersion type sleep-aiding eyeshade in perimenopausal people is applied to the immersion type sleep-aiding eyeshade according to any one of claims 1-7 and is characterized by comprising the steps of collecting physiological/behavioral signals, extracting characteristics, estimating states, outputting multi-mode control amounts under safety constraint and driving hot compress, bone conduction sound and aromatherapy, and recording result indexes for updating personalized parameters.

The method of claim 8, wherein the state estimation outputs a hot flashes risk state S_ vaso, and wherein when S_ vaso reaches a predetermined level, a suppression strategy is executed, the suppression strategy at least comprising reducing or stopping hot flashes output and reducing or suspending fragrance emissions.

The multi-modal adaptive closed-loop control method of claim 9, wherein the personalized update employs a multi-arm slot machine algorithm or equivalent exploration-utilization strategy, and the strategy selection is updated according to a reward function comprising a length of wakefulness, a number of wakefulness, a cumulative value of hot flashes, and a user score.
