The product is suitable for women after delivery, can realize rapid conduction and diffusion and stable latching of liquid, and can regulate the body temperature at the same time, and the preparation method has strong process adaptability, can ensure firm structure of the product, protect the structure and functional integrity of each functional layer, and has excellent overall stability.

A sanitary towel special for puerpera based on phase change materials is characterized by comprising a surface layer, a flow guide layer, an absorption core body and a leakage-proof bottom layer which are sequentially overlapped from a skin-adhering surface to a skin-far surface, wherein the flow guide layer is of a double-layer structure, the upper layer is a hydrophilic layer formed by sulfonylation carboxymethyl chitin fibers, the lower layer is an anti-reverse osmosis layer formed by viscose fibers, the surface layer is a non-woven fabric layer formed by skin-friendly fibers, microcapsule phase change materials are uniformly dispersed in the skin-friendly fibers, the absorption core body is of a layered composite structure, and comprises a liquid rapid diffusion layer positioned on the skin-adhering side and a high polymer water locking layer positioned on the skin-far side, and the liquid rapid diffusion layer and the high polymer water locking layer are combined into a whole.

The sanitary towel special for puerpera based on the phase change material, which is disclosed in claim 1, is characterized in that a capsule core of the microcapsule phase change material is paraffin, a capsule shell is polyurethane, the volume average particle size of the microcapsule phase change material is 10-50 μm, the phase change temperature is 28-32 ℃, and the feeding mass ratio of the paraffin to polyurethane prepolymer for forming the capsule shell is 1:1-1:3.

The sanitary towel special for puerpera based on the phase change material, as set forth in claim 1, wherein the liquid rapid diffusion layer is composed of an upper surface layer, a middle layer and a lower surface layer, wherein the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer are made of ES fibers, the middle layer is made of bamboo-based modified viscose yarns, the upper surface layer, the middle layer and the lower surface layer are fixed through crosslinking, and the pore diameters of the upper surface layer, the middle layer and the lower surface layer are continuously decreased in gradient from top to bottom.
- 4. The sanitary towel special for puerpera based on the phase-change material according to claim 1, wherein the surface layer is a bamboo fiber non-woven fabric layer or a silk fiber non-woven fabric layer.

A method for preparing a sanitary towel based on phase change material for women, characterized in that the sanitary towel based on phase change material for women as claimed in any one of claims 1-4 comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a phase change material microcapsule, namely mixing paraffin with polyurethane prepolymer by adopting an interfacial polymerization method, then adding an emulsifying agent and a diamine curing agent, and stirring and reacting to obtain the paraffin-polyurethane microcapsule; S2, preparing a composite surface layer, namely preparing the microcapsule phase-change material and the skin-friendly fiber into non-woven fabrics through a blending yarn process, or preparing the skin-friendly fiber into a non-woven fabric base material, and attaching the microcapsule phase-change material to the base material through a dipping or spraying process to form the surface layer; S3, compounding the diversion layer, namely superposing the sulfonylation carboxymethyl chitin fiber layer and the viscose fiber layer, and compounding by adopting a needling process to prepare a double-layer diversion layer; S4, preparing an absorption core body, namely compounding the liquid rapid diffusion layer and the high polymer water locking layer through a hot pressing or gluing process to form the absorption core body; s5, assembling and forming, namely sequentially overlapping the surface layer, the flow guide layer, the absorption core body and the leakage-proof bottom layer, bonding by adopting a hot pressing process, and cutting and packaging to obtain a finished product.

The method for preparing the sanitary towel based on the phase change material for the puerpera, which is characterized in that in the step S2, when the skin-friendly fiber is the bamboo fiber, the bamboo fiber is treated for 1-3 hours in an inert atmosphere at the pressure of 0.05-0.2MPa and the temperature of 60-90 ℃ to obtain the nanoscale bamboo fiber, and then the nanoscale bamboo fiber and the microencapsulated phase change material are manufactured into the non-woven fabric surface layer through a blending yarn process.
