Claims (9)

  1. 1. A cosmetic containing nano cerium oxide is characterized by comprising the following components, by weight, 10-15 parts of an emollient, 2-6 parts of an emulsifier and 5-10 parts of a sun-screening agent; the emollient is a mixture of isohexadecane, ethylhexyl palmitate, isononyl isononanoate and polydimethylsiloxane; the emulsifier is a mixture of PEG-100 stearate, potassium cetyl phosphate and cetostearyl alcohol; The sun-screening agent is a mixture of nano cerium oxide and silicon oxide.

The cosmetic containing nano cerium oxide according to claim 1, further comprising the components of, by weight, 0.4 to 1.5 parts of a thickener, 0.2 to 0.7 parts of a humectant, 0.03 to 0.05 parts of a skin conditioning agent, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of an antioxidant, 0.2 to 0.7 parts of a filler, 0.5 to 0.7 parts of a preservative, 0.04 to 0.06 parts of a pH regulator, and a solvent.
  3. 3. The cosmetic containing nano cerium oxide according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of isohexadecane to ethylhexyl palmitate to isononyl isononanoate to polydimethylsiloxane is 6:3:1:3.
  4. 4. The cosmetic containing nano cerium oxide according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of PEG-100 stearate to potassium cetyl phosphate to cetostearyl alcohol is 2:0.2:0.5.
