- 1. A soothing composition containing trans-4-tert-butylcyclohexanol is characterized by comprising a main agent, wherein the main agent comprises trans-4-tert-butylcyclohexanol, nordihydroguaiaretic acid and troxerutin.
- 2. A soothing composition comprising trans-4-tert-butylcyclohexanol according to claim 1, wherein the main agent comprises 40-55 parts by weight of trans-4-tert-butylcyclohexanol, 18-26 parts by weight of nordihydroguaiaretic acid and 12-15 parts by weight of troxerutin.
- 3. A soothing composition containing trans-4-tert-butylcyclohexanol according to claim 1, wherein the soothing composition further comprises a side agent, the weight ratio of the main agent to the side agent being 12-18:5-5.8.
- 4. A soothing composition comprising trans-4-tert-butylcyclohexanol according to claim 3, wherein said secondary agent is prepared by: S1, taking white water lily roots, cleaning, and sequentially drying and powdering to obtain white water lily root powder; S2, taking withania root, cleaning, and sequentially drying and powdering to obtain withania root powder; S3, adding white water lily root powder and withania root powder into deionized water, performing ultrasonic dispersion, adding cellulase, performing enzymolysis at a controlled temperature, inactivating enzyme, cooling, and sequentially performing centrifugation, filtration and spray drying.

The soothing composition containing trans-4-t-butylcyclohexanol according to claim 4, wherein in step S3, the weight ratio of white water lily root powder to withania root powder is 26-54:35-48, the weight of deionized water is 14-22 times of the total weight of white water lily root powder and withania root powder, and the weight of cellulase is 1-2.7% of the total weight of white water lily root powder and withania root powder.
