CN-122005332-A - Bionic self-assembled biphasic sugar ester mask with extremely simple process and preparation method thereof
Abstract
The invention discloses a bionic self-assembled biphasic sugar ester mask with a very simple process and a preparation method thereof. The facial mask comprises an independent water phase and an independent oil phase in a weight ratio of 4:1-6:1, wherein the oil phase adopts mannose erythritol lipid which is a biological fermentation source as a unique emulsifier, and the components are initially applied in a double-cavity oil emulsified facial mask system. The preparation does not need high-speed shearing emulsification, only needs stirring at normal temperature to respectively prepare a water phase and an oil phase, and then is independently packaged, and the water phase and the oil phase are instantly mixed to form a short-time stable semi-emulsified system when in use. The invention solves the problems of complex process and sticky skin feel of the traditional emulsion mask, realizes the unification of high stability, mildness, no stimulation and excellent moisturizing and repairing effects of the product by utilizing the self-assembly of glycolipid and phospholipid-like characteristics, reduces the production energy consumption, and is suitable for nursing various skin types.

Description
Bionic self-assembled biphasic sugar ester mask with extremely simple process and preparation method thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a bionic self-assembled biphasic glycolipid facial mask with a very simple process and a preparation method thereof, and particularly focuses on the very simple process biphasic facial mask with biosynthesis natural glycolipid as an oil phase emulsifier, which is an upgrade improvement of the traditional semi-emulsified biphasic facial mask formula system and is suitable for research, development and production of moisturizing and repairing facial mask products of various skin types. Background The facial mask is taken as a main facial skin care cosmetic, the moisturizing and moisturizing effects of the facial mask are one of the core requirements of consumers, and the addition of grease components is a key means for guaranteeing the effects. At present, in order to realize ideal moisturizing effect, conventional emulsion type moisturizing facial masks in the market often need to add oil phase components in a higher proportion, but the stability of the facial mask essence liquid system is directly reduced due to the increase of the oil phase ratio. In order to maintain the stability of the emulsion mask system and avoid the problems of water-oil delamination, emulsion drop sedimentation and the like, most manufacturers choose to increase the addition amount of the thickener. However, excessive addition of the thickener causes two major disadvantages that firstly, the skin feel of the facial mask essence becomes thick and sticky, the facial mask essence is easy to remain after application, the use experience of a user is affected, and secondly, part of thickener components can irritate sensitive skin, the risk of skin allergy is increased, and the efficacy, stability and mildness of the product are difficult to be considered. In order to solve the contradiction, the two-phase facial mask with water and oil phases filled and stored separately gradually appears in the industry, and the facial mask can be used for mixing the water and the oil phases before use, so that the system stabilizing pressure in the storage stage is reduced, and the addition amount of the thickener is reduced to a certain extent. However, the existing emulsifying agent of the biphasic facial mask still adopts a surfactant from chemical synthesis sources, so that the emulsifying agent has limited biocompatibility, and most of emulsifying agents can form a stable emulsifying system only by matching with auxiliary surfactants, so that the balance of skin feel, mildness and efficacy cannot be realized. For example, chinese application CN202211213376.1 discloses a half-emulsified biphasic facial mask, which solves the layering problem of the traditional emulsion facial mask through a water-oil cavity, but adopts a chemical synthesis source emulsifier as the oil phase, and has the defects of insufficient biocompatibility, potential irritation to sensitive muscles, and difficulty in combining emulsion stability and active ingredient permeation promotion. Mannitol Erythritol Lipids (MELs) as a biosynthetic natural source of glycolipid substances form stable spongy structures without the need for additional surfactants. However, the glycolipid is rarely applied to an emulsifying system of a biphasic facial mask at present, and the existing semi-emulsified biphasic facial mask does not realize the formula and technological breakthrough of taking the natural glycolipid as a core emulsifying agent, so that a very simple technological biphasic facial mask based on the emulsifying agent is needed to fill the technical blank of the industry. Disclosure of Invention Aiming at the technical defects that the existing biphasic mask has poor biocompatibility of an emulsifier, is easy to stimulate skin due to a synthetic source, can stabilize a system only by an auxiliary emulsifier, and has complex process, thick and sticky skin feel and the like, the invention provides a very simple process biphasic semi-emulsified mask taking mannose erythritol lipid from a biological fermentation source as a core emulsifier and a preparation method thereof. In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: In one embodiment, the invention provides a biphasic semi-emulsified facial mask prepared by a very simple process, which comprises an aqueous phase and an oil phase, wherein the weight ratio of the aqueous phase to the oil phase is 4:1-6:1 (for example, 5:1), the aqueous phase comprises a thickening agent, a skin conditioning agent, an auxiliary agent and the balance of water according to the weight percentage of the aqueous phase, the oil phase comprises vegetable oil, an emollient and an emulsifier according to the weight percentage of the oil phase, and the emulsifier is a glycolipid substance. In another embodiment, the thic
