Abstract
The invention discloses a polyglycerol-10 oleate nanometer inclusion with a particle size smaller than 20nm and a natural source, a preparation method, application and a composition thereof, wherein the nanometer inclusion comprises, by mass, 20-30% of polyglycerol-10 oleate, 30-60% of glycerol, 1-10% of straight-chain natural source grease and 12-30% of dihydric alcohol. The straight-chain natural source oil is selected from at least one of coco caprylate caprate and tocopheryl acetate, and the dihydric alcohol is selected from 1, 2-pentanediol and 1, 3-butanediol. Also discloses a preparation method, application and a composition of the polyglycerol-10 oleate nanometer inclusion. The invention adopts a low-energy emulsifying system to prepare the polyglycerol-10 oleate nanometer inclusion, the prepared nanometer inclusion can load oil-soluble active substances in a universal way, the particle size of the inclusion is smaller than 20nm, and the stability and the safety are good.

- 1. The polyglycerol-10 oleate nano inclusion with the particle size smaller than 20nm and natural sources is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 20-30% of polyglycerol-10 oleate; 30% -60% of glycerol; 1-10% of straight-chain natural source grease; 12-30% of dihydric alcohol.
- 2. The polyglycerol-10 oleate nanosincluding of claim 1, wherein the glycol is at least one selected from the group consisting of 1, 2-pentanediol and 1, 3-butanediol.
- 3. The polyglycerol-10 oleate nano-inclusion according to claim 2, wherein the glycol comprises 1, 2-pentanediol and 1, 3-butanediol in a mass ratio of 2-3:2-3.
- 4. The polyglycerol-10 oleate nanoshell of claim 1, wherein the straight-chain natural source oil or fat is selected from at least one of coco caprylate caprate and tocopheryl acetate.

A method for preparing the polyglycerol-10 oleate nano-inclusion according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of: S1, mixing polyglycerol-10 oleate and glycerol, and heating and uniformly stirring; S2, adding straight-chain natural source grease, heating and stirring uniformly; s3, adding dihydric alcohol, heating, stirring uniformly, and cooling to obtain the final product.
- 6. The method according to claim 5, wherein in step S1, the temperature of the heating and stirring is 55-75 ℃ and the time is 10-30 min.

A composition comprising the polyglycerol-10 oleate nanocapsules of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the polyglycerol-10 oleate nanocapsules are surrounded by an oil-soluble active material comprising at least one of tocopheryl nicotinate, tetraisopalmitate, dipalmitate, ascorbyl palmitate, ascorbyl stearate, ascorbyl tetrahexyldecanol ascorbate, hydroxy pinacolone retinoate, tocopheryl retinoate, retinol propionate, retinol Huang Chunya oleate, retinol acetate, retinol palmitate, retinol, tocopheryl linoleate, tocopheryl palmitate.
