Description
Transparent weak acid system containing sodium lauroyl glutamate and application thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the field of daily chemicals, in particular to a transparent weak acid system containing sodium lauroyl glutamate and application thereof. Background In personal care cosmetics, the washing products (such as face wash, bath lotion, shampoo and the like) are taken as daily high-frequency use products and occupy an important market share. For such rinse-off products, there are several consumer-specific core demands, namely, one that the balance of foam texture and moisturization is pursued, rejecting the low-body test, one that the mildness of the formulation system is focused to reduce the potential irritation to the skin barrier, and one that the transparent body morphology is favored, which appearance is synergistic with the excellent foam texture forming experience in a what you see is what you get manner. According to the current market trend, the combination of amino acid activity and a weakly acidic formula is a technical direction. The pH value of the weak acid formula is closer to the natural pH range of the surface of human skin, compared with an alkaline formula, the weak acid formula has lower skin irritation, the amino acid surface activity has excellent biocompatibility due to the fact that the molecular structure contains natural amino acid groups, the mildness of the weak acid formula is remarkably superior to that of the traditional soap base and sulfate surface activity, the weak acid formula becomes the core raw material selection of a mild leaching product, and the transparent material body further strengthens the use expectation of consumers on the refreshing characteristic of the product through the matching of the morphology and the skin feel. Among the amino acid surfactants, sodium lauroyl glutamate is a preferred amino acid surfactant material because of its unique dicarboxyl hydrophilic head group and glutamic acid backbone structure, which imparts outstanding mildness and moisture retention. However, in the practical application process, the sodium lauroyl glutamate is precipitated, layered or turbid under a non-alkaline system, so that the sodium lauroyl glutamate can be only used in paste-forming products under weak acidic conditions, and the usability of the transparent products is very low, so that the sodium lauroyl glutamate is difficult to be applied to weak acidic transparent formulas. Some prior art solutions have also disclosed some related applications. For example, chinese patent application CN202211231592.9 provides an application of a transparent composition with an amino acid as a surfactant, but the components of the composition are complex, for example, the composition contains a polyhydric alcohol, a nonionic surfactant and a zwitterionic surfactant, the technical difficulty of transparency is low, and the amino acid surfactant does not contain glutamate. Still another technical solution discloses application of sodium lauroyl glutamate in a cleansing product, for example, chinese patent application CN201611107961.8 provides preparation and application of a cleansing product containing sodium lauroyl glutamate and having pH adjusted to be slightly acidic, but application direction is limited in a crystalline product, and cannot be applied in a transparent system. Therefore, research and finding a surfactant composition containing sodium lauroyl glutamate which can keep transparent and stable in a weak acid system has practical application value. Disclosure of Invention The application provides a transparent weak acid system containing sodium lauroyl glutamate, which comprises 5-6 wt% of sodium lauroyl glutamate, 10-20 wt% of a second surfactant and water, wherein the pH value of the system is 6-6.9. In a preferred embodiment, the solids content of the surfactant in the system is 10% by weight. In a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of sodium lauroyl glutamate to the second surfactant is 1:2.2-3.3. In a preferred embodiment, the second surfactant is selected from lauramidopropyl betaine or cocamidopropyl hydroxysulfobetaine. In a preferred embodiment, the second surfactant is 13.3 to 16.7 wt% cocamidopropyl hydroxysulfobetaine. In a preferred embodiment, the second surfactant is a composition comprising 16.7% by weight lauramidopropyl betaine. In a preferred embodiment, the pH of the system is from 6 to 6.5. The application also provides a preparation method of the system, which comprises the following steps: 1) Weighing 5-6 wt% of sodium lauroyl glutamate and 10-20 wt% of a second surfactant; 2) Weighing deionized water, adding the weighed surfactant in the step 1) into the deionized water under the condition of stirring, heating to 60 ℃, and keeping stirring until the surfactant is uniform; 3) Cooling to 25 ℃, and adding citric acid to adjust the pH. The application also provides the use of the above system in personal cleansing c
