Abstract

The invention discloses an amino acid facial cleanser composition and application thereof, and solves the defects that the existing acne-removing facial cleanser is large in irritation, acne-removing and mild cleaning are difficult to take into account, and single component only acts on a single target spot of acne. The composition takes 5.0 to 25.0 weight percent of sodium cocoyl glycinate, 0.1 to 2.0 weight percent of caprylyl glycine, 0.2 to 5.0 weight percent of nicotinamide and 0.01 to 0.5 weight percent of hydrolyzed yeast extract as core active ingredients, the specific proportion of the four ingredients forms a synergistic effect, oil control and acne removal are realized through a closed loop path of pore cleaning, source oil control and targeted bacteriostasis, and the surface activity of amino acid is used for guaranteeing the mildness and the skin barrier is not damaged. The composition can be prepared into a face cleansing milk and a face cleansing mousse, and has excellent cleaning power and foamability, good use experience and high industrialization value.

Description

Amino acid facial cleanser composition and application thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to an amino acid facial cleanser composition with synergistic oil control and acne removal effects, and also relates to a preparation process of the composition and application of the composition in facial cleanser. Background Acne is a clinical high-frequency chronic inflammatory skin disease of pilo-sebaceous glands, the pathogenesis of the acne is closely related to excessive secretion of sebum, abnormal keratinization of follicular orifices, excessive proliferation of propionibacterium acnes, local inflammatory reaction of skin and other factors, and the interaction of the factors easily causes pore blockage and inflammation breeding, so that acne skin lesions such as acne, pimple, pustule and the like are formed, and the acne is a common problem to be solved urgently in the field of skin care. The facial cleanser is taken as a basic product for daily skin cleaning and nursing, and is an important carrier for preventing and improving light and moderate acnes, so that the facial cleanser with the effects of cleaning force and controlling oil and removing acnes becomes an important direction of market research and development and consumption requirements. The amino acid surfactant gradually replaces the traditional soap base and sulfate surfactant due to the characteristics of the pH value of the amino acid surfactant approaching to human skin, low temperature and low irritation and difficult damage to skin barriers, becomes a main stream cleaning component of high-end face cleaning products, wherein the amino acid surfactant such as sodium cocoyl glycinate and the like is widely applied to face cleaning formulas due to excellent balance between cleaning force and mildness. Meanwhile, research in the field of skin care shows that various micromolecular active ingredients have potential effects of controlling oil and removing acnes, for example, octanoylglycine can regulate sebum secretion of skin by inhibiting 5 alpha-reductase activity, and also has a certain antibacterial property, related research results are verified in research literature of efficacy and safety of washing and caring products, and an active ingredient selection basis is provided for formula research and development of oil-controlling acne-removing cleansing products. However, the amino acid cleansing product with the oil control and acne removal effects in the prior art still has a plurality of technical defects, and is difficult to meet the dual requirements of the market on mild cleaning and high-efficiency oil control and acne removal, and the technical problems are that firstly, part of acne removal cleansing product is compounded with a soap base or sulfate surfactant for pursuing cleaning power, although skin grease can be rapidly removed, skin barrier damage is easily caused after long-term use, skin is dry and sensitive, and even the compensatory oil outlet problem of 'external oil and internal dry' is caused, which is contrary to the core requirements of acne removal; secondly, the multi-numerical control oil acne-removing cleansing product realizes the acne-removing effect by depending on acid components such as high-concentration salicylic acid, fruit acid and the like, the components are easy to cause thinning of skin horny layer after long-term use, the defending capability of skin barrier is reduced, the skin sensitivity risk is increased, and the skin sensitivity risk is conflicted with the mildness characteristic of the amino acid surface activity, thirdly, the existing formula is mainly simple active component piling, a systematic design aiming at multiple links of acne onset is lacking, single active component is often only acted on one target point of acne onset, multi-channel synergistic intervention can not be realized, meanwhile, the interaction synergy of cleaning components and active components is not considered, the actual efficacy is greatly reduced, and fourthly, the amino acid cleansing product with partial oil-controlling acne-removing active components does not scientifically optimize the proportion of the cleaning components and the active components, the formula system is simple to pile the components, or the product mildness is influenced due to the too high concentration of the active components, or the cleansing product and the residence time are short due to the too low concentration, the effective oil-controlling acne-removing effect is difficult to be exerted, a balance of cleaning and efficacy cannot be achieved. In summary, an amino acid facial cleanser composition which is based on an amino acid surfactant, realizes the synergistic effect of a cleaning component and an oil-control acne-removing active component through scientific formula design, has the effects of high-efficiency cleaning, remarkable oil-control acne-removing, mild and low-irri
