Description
Hair dye integrating dyeing and protecting functions and preparation method thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a hair dye integrating dyeing and protecting and a preparation method thereof. Background Traditional oxidative hair dyes mainly rely on phenylenediamine substances such as p-phenylenediamine (PPD) and the like as dye intermediates, and are matched with an oxidant to react and color in the hair. However, such components have a high risk of sensitization, and safety for long-term use is of great concern. Meanwhile, the conventional hair dyeing process causes irreversible damage to hair quality, resulting in dry hair, fragile hair and loss of luster. In the prior art, although a small amount of products which are declared to be one-piece in dyeing and protecting are appeared, most of the products are simply added with some hair care components (such as silicone oil, plant extracts and the like) as post-remediation, so that the problem of synergy of the dyeing process and the hair care process cannot be fundamentally solved. The dyeing component and the hair care component are respectively administrative, and real repair and protection are difficult to realize in the key window period of opening the hair scales. In view of this, the present invention has been made. Disclosure of Invention The invention provides a hair dye with one dyeing and protecting function and a preparation method thereof, and aims to provide a novel hair dye capable of synchronously repairing hair scales and strengthening hair structures in the dyeing process. The invention is realized in the following way: In a first aspect, the invention provides a dye-care hair dye, which comprises an agent A, an agent B, an agent C and an agent D, wherein the agent A comprises a reducing agent, the agent B comprises thiol-modified hyaluronic acid, the agent C comprises a melanin precursor, the agent D comprises an oxidizing agent, and the thiol-modified hyaluronic acid is prepared by introducing a thiol functional group on a hyaluronic acid molecular chain. The hair dye provided by the invention has good coloring efficiency and color fastness, and the strength of dyed hair is obviously improved by 12% -22%. The agent A opens disulfide bonds of keratin on the surface of hair, so that the hair scale structure is reversibly opened, a time window is provided for targeted permeation of thiol-modified hyaluronic acid in the agent B and dynamic recombination of disulfide bonds of the keratin on the hair, a good affinity of a hyaluronic acid chain segment and the hair is utilized, the agent B is enabled to be efficiently adsorbed and anchored on the keratin surface of the hair in the opened state of the hair scale, a dynamic exchange reaction is carried out between thiol and free thiol/disulfide bonds of the keratin, so that the thiol-modified hyaluronic acid is chemically bonded on the keratin surface, then in-situ polymerization reaction is carried out on the hair surface by a melanin precursor of the agent C under the alkaline oxidation environment provided by the agent D, so as to generate melanin-like pigment, free thiol (-SH) on the thiol-modified hyaluronic acid is involved in the polymerization reaction of the melanin precursor through the addition reaction of the thiol and quinone groups of the melanin precursor, so that the binding fastness of the melanin-like pigment and the hair is enhanced, namely the thiol-modified hyaluronic acid is used as a medium to link the keratin and the melanin-like pigment, and the color fastness of the melanin-like pigment is improved, and the coloring efficiency is improved. Furthermore, the hyaluronic acid has excellent moisture retention, film formation and biocompatibility, and can form a flexible protective film on the surface of the hair to physically isolate external injury factors. In addition, the molecular chain structure of the multi-mercapto group of the mercapto group modified hyaluronic acid reversibly participates in disulfide bond recombination, and the disulfide bonds of the hairline damaged by the oxidant are repaired through multi-point dynamic crosslinking, so that the mechanical strength of the hair is rebuilt from the inside, and the tensile strength of the hairline is obviously improved. Through the process, the hair dye provided by the invention can realize one dyeing and protecting process, and improves the dyeing efficiency and the color fastness. In some embodiments, the grafting rate of the mercapto groups in the mercapto-modified hyaluronic acid is 0.35-0.7 mmol/g, the high efficiency and controllability of the mercapto dynamic exchange reaction can be realized under the grafting rate, the excessive mercapto density can cause excessive crosslinking among hyaluronic acid chain segments to reduce the permeability and the flexible film forming capability, and the grafting rate below 0.35mmol/g is insufficient to support
