Claims (10)

  1. 1. A composition for promoting collagen synthesis, which is characterized by comprising sweet wormwood oil as an effective component and phytol as an auxiliary synergistic component.
  2. 2. The composition according to claim 1, wherein the composition comprises, by mass, 0.05% -0.3% of sweet wormwood oil and 0.1% -1.0% of phytol.
  3. 3. The composition according to claim 2, wherein the mass ratio of sweet wormwood oil to phytol is 0.2:1 to 0.9:1.
  4. 4. A composition according to claim 3, wherein the mass ratio of sweet wormwood oil to phytol is from 0.6:1 to 0.8:1.
  5. 5. The composition of claim 1, wherein the composition promotes collagen biosynthesis in human skin cells to increase skin elasticity.
  6. 6. The composition of claim 1, wherein said phytol and said sweet wormwood oil are derived from plant extracts or chemical syntheses.
  7. 7. Use of the composition according to any one of claims 1 to 6 for the preparation of an external preparation for skin having an anti-aging effect.
  8. 8. A skin external preparation, characterized by comprising the composition according to any one of claims 1 to 6, which is selected from the group consisting of face cream, milky lotion, jelly, face toilet, essence, pack, eye cream, aerosol cleansing foam, body wash, and facial cleanser.

The external preparation for skin according to claim 8, wherein the external preparation for skin is selected from the group consisting of essence, wherein the essence comprises, by mass, 0.05% -0.3% of sweet wormwood oil, 0.1% -1.0% of phytol, 3.5% -10% of humectant and 5% -13% of emollient.

The external preparation for skin according to claim 8, wherein the external preparation for skin is selected from the group consisting of a cream or emulsion comprising, by mass, 0.05% -0.3% of sweet wormwood oil, 0.1% -1.0% of phytol, 3.5% -10% of a humectant, 5% -13% of an emollient, and 1.5% -5% of an emulsifier.

Composition and application thereof in external skin preparation and external skin preparation Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a composition for promoting collagen synthesis, application of the composition in preparation of an external skin preparation with an anti-aging effect and the external skin preparation. Background Skin aging is a complex physiological process, and is characterized by reduced synthesis and increased degradation of type I collagen in the dermis, and loss of such collagen can cause skin to have typical aging signs such as wrinkles, sagging, loss of elasticity and the like. Based on this, activation of dermal fibroblasts to synthesize type I collagen has become an important approach to prevent and improve skin aging. The active ingredients currently used for promoting collagen production are various and mainly comprise vitamin A and derivatives thereof (retinol), vitamin C and derivatives thereof, polypeptides (such as palmitoyl tripeptide-5) and the like. However, such components generally have the problems of limited applicable population, poor skin tolerance and the like, and are difficult to meet the wide use demands. Specifically, vitamin A and its derivatives (retinol) and vitamin C and its derivatives can directly up-regulate the expression of collagen related genes by binding to related receptors in cell nuclei, and the anti-aging effect is clear, but the limitations of strong irritation, poor light stability, need for cautious use for pregnant women and the like are common. Polypeptide components such as palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, acetyl hexapeptide-8 and the like can indirectly promote collagen synthesis or improve dynamic wrinkles by simulating extracellular matrix signals or inhibiting neurotransmitter release, but the components have large general molecular weight, uneven transdermal absorption efficiency and high raw material cost. The active ingredients of plant sources are concerned by industry and market because of mild action, low irritation, high safety and good consumer acceptance. However, the anti-aging effect of the conventional plant source active ingredients is generally weak at present, and the ideal anti-aging and collagen synthesis promoting effects cannot be realized.
