Abstract

The invention relates to a relaxation and repair complex applicable to sensitive muscles, and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of cosmetics. The soothing and repairing complex provided by the invention is prepared by coating stachyose, astragalus polysaccharide and galactoglucan on the surface of microalgae extracellular vesicles, the four raw material components act synergistically with each other, and aiming at the passive fragile state caused by unbalance of the skin immune system and low tolerance threshold, the mild regulation of the skin immune system is simulated by the saccharide-extracellular vesicles, the resistance of the skin to the external environment pressure is systematically improved on the premise of no stimulation risk, and the transition from 'passive damage-repairing' to 'active defense-strengthening' is realized, so that the problems of sensitive skin such as easy stimulation, repeated redness, weak barrier function and the like are fundamentally improved.

Description

Relaxing and repairing complex applicable to sensitive muscles as well as preparation method and application thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and relates to a relaxation and repair complex applicable to sensitive muscles, and a preparation method and application thereof. Background Currently, skin care products for sensitive skin are mainly focused on the "passive repair" field, which products usually alleviate discomfort and aid repair by adding anti-inflammatory agents, moisturizing ingredients and lipid supplements after visible irritation symptoms of skin, such as redness, burning, impaired barrier, etc. While this type of approach provides immediate relief, it has the fundamental limitation that its mode of action is hysteresis and reactive and does not pre-enhance the skin's own resistance before stimulation occurs. The skin is frequently exposed to complex stress sources such as environmental pollution, season transition, psychological stress and the like, and the passive repairing mode causes the skin to fall into a cycle of damage-repair-re-damage, so that the sensitive fragile state is difficult to break. In the prior art, although products propose the concept of 'strong barrier' or 'improving skin immunity', the means are mostly limited to supplementing physical barrier components or using broad-spectrum antioxidants, and do not deeply reach the core regulation mechanism of the skin immune system. Skin is an immunocompetent organ, and keratinocytes and the like thereof carry pattern recognition receptors, and can recognize specific molecular patterns. How to moderately modulate these receptors with safe, mild ligands, thus modulating the tolerability of the skin immune system, making it more responsive, more stable when challenged, rather than simply inhibiting or overactivating, is a blank that the prior art has not effectively addressed. In addition, many bioactive components with regulatory potential, such as extracellular vesicles, face problems in formulation with poor stability, susceptibility to inactivation, and difficulty in efficient delivery to targets, which further limit their practical use. Notably, research in the field of nano-delivery systems has provided theoretical support for vesicle surface modification. For example, tenchov et al in the study of ACS Nano (2022) indicated that extracellular vesicles could be considered as "natural lipid nanoparticles" whose phospholipid bilayer structure was highly similar to that of artificial liposomes. Meanwhile, several studies have demonstrated the feasibility and effectiveness of polysaccharide molecule-coated liposomes, such as those reported by Wang et al (Food sci. Nutr., 2021) and Cong L et al (Food chem., 2023), respectively, to enhance the properties of the liposomes. Recent research "Influence of Auricularia cornea Polysaccharide Coating on the Stability and Antioxidant Activity of Liposomes Ginsenoside Rh2" also directly shows that the carbohydrate coating technology can remarkably enhance the stability and activity of lipid vesicles, and solve the problem that vesicles are easy to aggregate. However, the migration of the above saccharide-liposome coating technology to the microalgae extracellular vesicle system still faces challenges, and how to realize stable coating of various specific saccharides (stachyose, astragalus polysaccharide and galactoglucan) on the surface of the microalgae vesicles without damaging the vesicle bioactivity is still a problem which has not been effectively solved in the prior art. The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a brand new skin care strategy. The primary technical problem to be solved by the invention is to change the passive attribute of the traditional relief product for post-hoc remediation, and provide a solution which can be used daily and can actively regulate the skin immunity tolerance. In addition, the present invention addresses how to integrate a variety of active ingredients with immunomodulating and barrier repair functions, particularly bioactive components that are susceptible to inactivation, such as extracellular vesicles, into a stable, efficient and synergistic delivery system. Finally, the invention aims at relieving the instant skin sensitive symptoms, radically improving the healthy baseline of the skin, reducing the reaction intensity and frequency of the skin to external stimulus and realizing the state transition from 'susceptibility fragile' to 'tough and stable'. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to provide a relaxation and repair complex applicable to sensitive muscles, a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the relaxation and repair complex is prepared by coating stachyose, astragalus polysaccharide and galactoglucan on the surface of microalgae extracellular vesicles, the four raw material components act synergistically, and aiming at passive fragile state
