Description

Low-viscosity oil powder phase soft film powder and double-bin instant mixed type facial mask Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to oil powder phase soft film powder and a double-bin instant mixing type facial mask. Background At present, soft film powder is taken as a professional skin care product, and plays an important role in beauty parlors and home care by virtue of the excellent fit and the removable integrity of the soft film powder. The basic formula of the composition is generally composed of alginate, retarder, gel and various functional fillers. When in use, the user needs to manually mix the powder with the water-based liquid, and a soft film body is formed after application. However, conventional soft film powders and existing improved products still suffer from a number of inherent drawbacks: firstly, in terms of using convenience, traditional powder products rely on manual mixing, the operation steps are complicated, powder liquid uniformity is difficult to ensure, partial film formation is poor or liquid dripping is often caused, and user experience is affected. In order to simplify the operation, the prior art tries to pre-disperse the film powder in the liquid to prepare a single-bin package, but the active ingredients and the liquid cannot be effectively isolated, so that the quality guarantee period of the product is short, functional ingredients (such as vitamins, polypeptides and the like) in the film powder are easy to hydrolyze or degrade in the liquid phase, and the activity is difficult to maintain. Secondly, in terms of skin feel and efficacy, the traditional gel system represented by alginate can quickly absorb water to form a film, but the film forming mechanism depends on the crosslinking reaction with calcium ions in the liquid. In practical use, the process may be accompanied by secondary absorption of moisture on the surface layer of the skin, which results in obvious dry and tight feel after film formation, namely "dry-out" phenomenon, and reduces the comfort level of skin care. Most critical, in terms of formulation stability, in order to achieve a convenient ready-to-use product, researchers have tried to suspend high levels of film powder (typically over 30%) in the liquid phase. However, the powder and the liquid phase have huge density difference, so that the traditional technology often depends on greatly improving the viscosity of the system (for example, reaching tens of thousands of mPa.s) to form a high-viscosity mud film-like product for realizing long-term stable suspension. The coating and mixing efficiency of the product on the skin is seriously slowed, and the high-load stability and the low-viscosity high-efficiency become technical contradictions which are difficult to be considered by the industry. Therefore, how to realize long-term stable suspension of high-content membrane powder in a low-viscosity liquid phase without sacrificing the use efficiency and solve the problems of activity attenuation and skin feel dry-out becomes a technical bottleneck to be broken through in the field. Disclosure of Invention In order to overcome the problems in the prior art, the invention provides the low-viscosity oil powder phase soft film powder and the double-bin instant mixed type facial mask, a low-viscosity high-load oil phase suspension stabilization technology is adopted, and the film powder with the suspension ratio of more than 30% can be stabilized in an ultralow-viscosity oil phase with the viscosity of 5000-8000 mPa.s by adding the suspension stabilization composition, so that the technical problems mentioned in the background art are solved.
