A whitening and freckle-removing skin care product composition is characterized by comprising, by weight, 0.05-0.5 part of a fermentation product filtrate of schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae, 0.1-1.5 parts of a licorice extract and 0.1-1.5 parts of a root extract of glabrous greenbrier rhizome.

  5. 5. The whitening and freckle-removing skin care composition according to claim 3, wherein the emulsifier comprises at least one of tween-60, tween-80, tween-20, cetostearyl alcohol polyether-20 and cocamidopropyl betaine.
