  7. 7. The hair care concentrate of claim 6, further comprising oils, polyols, deionized water, pH modifiers, thickeners, preservatives, chelating agents, fragrances.
  8. 8. The hair care concentrate of claim 6, wherein the oil comprises at least one of jojoba seed oil, grape seed oil, white pool seed oil, babassu seed oil, macadamia nut seed oil, tea seed oil, and psyllium seed oil.
