Description
Skin care composition for treating sensitive periocular aging and application thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of skin care products, in particular to a skin care composition aiming at the problem of sensitive periocular aging and application thereof. Background The periocular region serves as the slimmest, weakest site in human skin, and its anatomical structure and physiological function are highly specialized. The dermis layer is only about one third to one fourth as thick in this region as in other regions of the face, the connective tissue is loose and the collagen fibers are less densely arranged than in other regions, which makes it less resistant to external mechanical stress and internal physiological changes. Meanwhile, a high-density capillary network and lymphatic vessels are distributed around eyes and are responsible for fine nutrition transportation and metabolic waste removal. However, due to the weak structure of venous valves and relatively insufficient lymphatic drainage power in the region and weak skin barrier function (sparse sebaceous gland and sweat gland distribution and incomplete sebaceous membrane), the periocular region is very easy to be a 'target' for circulatory disturbance and unbalanced water metabolism. From the viewpoint of dynamic physiological processes, high frequency contraction of expressive muscles such as orbicularis oculi muscles is necessary for vital activities, but long-term, repetitive muscle movements can cause repeated folding of the skin, thereby inducing micro-damage to the dermis matrix structure and eventually curing as visible wrinkles. In addition, periocular skin is exposed to sustained intrinsic aging processes (e.g., reduced cell turnover, deterioration of antioxidant defense systems, accumulation of glycation reactions) and extrinsic environmental stresses (e.g., ultraviolet radiation, blue light, pollution). These factors work together on a delicate substrate, which in combination results in a series of intricate periocular aesthetic problems such as bags, oedema, dark circles and wrinkles, which are often interrelated, causal. For example, poor microcirculation not only causes edema and vascular dark circles, but also accelerates skin aging and abnormal pigment metabolism due to insufficient nutrient supply and accumulation of metabolic wastes, and skin looseness and thinning caused by degradation of dermal matrix deepen shadows of structural dark circles and aggravate wrinkles. Eye care products are currently on the market which address the above problems, with active ingredients focused on a single or limited pathway of action, for example using neurotransmitter analogues to inhibit muscle contraction, or using vitamin K, caffeine etc. to improve local circulation, or using tretinoin and its derivatives to promote collagen regeneration. However, it is often difficult to generate a significant synergistic effect by simply compounding the components, and multiple troubles around eyes cannot be fully dealt with due to single action targets. For example, inhibition of muscle contraction alone can improve dynamic wrinkles, but has limited effects on edema and vascular dark circles due to circulatory disorders, while a component that simply improves microcirculation is insufficient in repair ability for damaged dermal matrix and deep wrinkles. In addition, many potent ingredients such as high concentrations of tretinoin may cause irritation to sensitive periocular skin, leading to tolerability problems. In view of the multiple causes of periocular problems, a comprehensive solution is needed that can act on multiple key pathophysiological links simultaneously. Therefore, developing an eye care composition with high efficiency and mild characteristics through multi-target synergistic effect is a technical problem to be solved in the field. Disclosure of Invention The present invention has been made to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, and provides a novel skin care composition capable of improving periocular skin problems by multi-path targeting through synergistic action of various active ingredients. In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: In a first aspect, the invention provides a skin care composition for treating the problem of aging around sensitive muscle eyes, which comprises the following components of acetyl hexapeptide-8, roselle flower extract, watermelon fruit extract and green soybean seed extract, wherein the weight ratio of the acetyl hexapeptide-8 to the roselle flower extract to the watermelon fruit extract to the green soybean seed extract is (0.01-5): 0.1-5: 0.01-1. The acetyl hexapeptide-8 is a bionic hexapeptide derived from SNAP-25 protein fragments, and has the core action mechanism of reversibly inhibiting excessive release of catecholamine and acetylcholine at neuromuscular junctions, and can interfere the f
