Description
Oily skin care composition and preparation method and application thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetic efficacy raw materials, in particular to an oily skin care composition, a preparation method and application thereof. Background The combined effect of skin lipid metabolism abnormality, especially hypersecretion and squalene oxidation reaction is a key pathological basis for the occurrence and development of skin problems such as oily skin, acne and the like. Squalene is used as a main nonpolar lipid naturally existing in sebum, accounts for about 10% -14% of the total amount of skin surface lipid, has a chemical structure containing six double bonds, is extremely vulnerable to ultraviolet radiation, environmental pollutants and Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) generated by microorganisms on the skin surface (such as propionibacterium acnes), and generates lipid peroxidation to generate squalene hydroperoxide (squalene monohydroperoxide, SQOOH) and other oxidation products. Research shows that the oxidosqualene has obvious inflammatory property and acne promotion property, can induce keratinocytes to produce inflammatory factors such as interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) and the like, promote abnormal keratinization of hair follicles, block pores and further induce or aggravate acne lesions. The prior oil control skin care technology is mainly focused on physical oil absorption, sebum synthesis inhibition or sebaceous gland activity regulation, for example, zinc salt, nicotinamide, salicylic acid and other components are adopted to reduce sebum secretion or accelerate cutin exfoliation. However, these methods generally ignore the problem of secondary damage caused by squalene that has been secreted to the skin surface during subsequent oxidation. Even if the total sebum is controlled, residual squalene can continue to oxidize under external stimuli, resulting in elevated levels of oxidative stress and chronic low inflammatory states. In view of this, the present invention has been made.
