The antibacterial composition has a simple formula, can effectively inhibit the proliferation of acne-related pathogenic bacteria, and is simple in preparation method and process, and convenient for expanding production and quality control.

Claims (10)
- 1. The antibacterial composition is characterized by comprising, by mass, 1-5 parts of hop extract, 1-8 parts of gulfweed polyphenol, 1-5 parts of fucoidin and 90-110 parts of water.
- 2. The antibacterial composition according to claim 1, which comprises, by mass, 1-4 parts of a hop extract, 1-5 parts of gulfweed polyphenol, 1-3 parts of fucoidin and 90-110 parts of water.
- 3. The bacteriostatic composition according to claim 1, wherein the hop extract is prepared by washing and sun-drying fresh hops, pulverizing, placing the dried hops powder in an aqueous alcohol system, extracting under shaking, and centrifuging.
- 4. The antibacterial composition according to claim 1, wherein the gulfweed polyphenol is prepared by washing, sun-drying, pulverizing, extracting with natural eutectic solvent system, centrifuging to obtain crude extract, and post-treating.

The bacteriostatic composition according to claim 1, wherein the fucoidin is prepared by adding fucoidin enzyme into fucoidin solution, placing in water bath for enzymolysis, inactivating enzyme, centrifuging, collecting supernatant, classifying the supernatant into fucoidin solutions with different molecular weight segments by ultrafiltration system, and freeze-drying.

A method of preparing a bacteriostatic composition according to claim 1, comprising the steps of: s1, preparing a hop extract, namely cleaning and sun-drying fresh hops, crushing, placing hop dry powder into an alcohol aqueous solution system, extracting under a vibration condition, and centrifuging to obtain the hop extract; S2, preparing gulfweed polyphenol, namely cleaning and sun-drying fresh gulfweed, crushing, placing gulfweed dry powder into a natural eutectic solvent system, extracting under ultrasonic conditions, centrifuging to obtain a crude extract, and then performing post-treatment to obtain gulfweed polyphenol; S3, preparing fucoidin, namely dissolving freeze-dried fucoidin by distilled water, mixing the freeze-dried fucoidin with a fucoidin solution with the mass ratio of 0.2% -2% in an equal volume, placing the mixture in a water bath for enzymolysis for 2h, placing the mixture in a 100 ℃ water bath for enzyme deactivation for 10 min, centrifuging the mixture at the temperature of 4 ℃ and 8000r/min for 10 min, and taking supernatant; S4, mixing the hop extract, gulfweed polyphenol and fucoidin to obtain the antibacterial composition.

The method of claim 6, wherein in step S1, the alcohol aqueous solution is 45% -60% ethanol or butanediol, the shaking extraction time is 0.5-1.5h, the extraction temperature is 40-60 ℃, the rotation speed is 120-200 r/min, the centrifugation is 10-15 min under the conditions of 4 ℃ and 8000-10000 r/min, and the hops extract is obtained after freeze drying.

The preparation method according to claim 6, wherein in the step S2, the natural eutectic solvent system is a mixture of betaine and glycerol in a molar ratio of 1:1, the water content is 40-60%, the ultrasonic treatment condition is that the ultrasonic time is 15-40 min, the ultrasonic temperature is 40-70 ℃, and the centrifugation condition is that the centrifugation is 10-15 min under the conditions of 4 ℃ and 8000-10000 r/min.
