Description
Tripeptide-1-containing hair follicle nourishing composition and preparation method thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a tripeptide-1-containing hair follicle nourishing composition and a preparation method thereof. Background Hair follicles are taken as the growth basis of hair, the health state of the hair follicles directly determines the growth, thickness and toughness of the hair, and the hair follicle dysfunction is easy to cause the problems of alopecia, hair dryness, scalp itching, dandruff increase and the like, so that the appearance image and the quality of life of consumers are seriously affected. In recent years, with the influence of factors such as increased pressure of life, irregular work and rest, exposure to environmental pollutants, improper scalp care and the like, the occurrence rate of hair follicle-related problems has been rising year by year and has a trend of younger, so that development of compositions and related products with the functions of efficiently nourishing hair follicles and improving scalp microenvironment has become a focus of research hot spots and market demands in the daily chemical field. Disclosure of Invention The composition can effectively inhibit the activity of malassezia furfur, relieve or eliminate scalp inflammation, promote proliferation of human hair papilla cells and effectively nourish hair follicles. The invention solves the technical problems by adopting the following technical scheme: A composition containing tripeptide-1 for nourishing hair follicles comprises, by mass, 36.5-47.3 parts of Korean ginseng extract, 24-30 parts of green algae extract, 20-28 parts of lactobacillus/soybean extract fermentation product filtrate, 1-5 parts of sodium polyglutamate, 1-4 parts of hydrogenated vegetable oil glycerides, 0.5-1.5 parts of sodium lactate and 0.2-1 part of tripeptide-1. Wherein the Korean ginseng extract can destroy ergosterol synthesis pathway of fungal cell membrane, reduce cell membrane permeability, inhibit adhesion and proliferation of fungi, simultaneously can down regulate lipase activity secreted by fungi, reduce free fatty acid generated by scalp lipid decomposition (which is key cause for inducing scalp itch and inflammation), and can up regulate expression of hair follicle growth related factors (such as vascular endothelial growth factor VEGF and insulin-like growth factor IGF-1), and prolong hair follicle growth period. Wherein the chlorella extract can be combined with chitin of fungal cell wall by electrostatic action to destroy cell wall structural integrity, inhibit DNA replication and protein synthesis of fungi, enhance antibacterial effect, remove active oxygen generated by fungi metabolism, and relieve scalp oxidative stress injury. The chlorella extract can be directly used as a nutrition substrate to supplement amino acid required by cell proliferation, inhibit apoptosis of human hair papilla cells, promote cell survival rate, regulate redox balance of hair follicle microenvironment, and maintain normal physiological functions of human hair papilla cells. The lactobacillus/soybean extract fermentation product filtrate can reduce the pH value of scalp microenvironment, is unfavorable for growth and propagation of alkalophilic malassezia furfur, and can regulate the structure of scalp flora, promote beneficial bacteria colonization and inhibit harmful bacteria from excessively propagating. Promoting human hair papilla cells to secrete VEGF, and improving blood circulation around hair follicle. According to the application, the raw materials are combined, and the composition is added with sodium polyglutamate, hydrogenated vegetable oil glycerides, sodium lactate and tripeptide-1, so that the synergistic effect of Korean ginseng extract, green algae extract and lactobacillus/soybean extract fermentation product filtrate is achieved, the pityromonas malassezia activity can be effectively inhibited, scalp inflammation is relieved or eliminated, proliferation of human hair papilla cells is promoted, and hair follicles are effectively nourished. The invention is a preferable embodiment, which comprises the following components, by mass, 40-42.8 parts of Korean ginseng extract, 25-28 parts of green algae extract, 24-26 parts of lactobacillus/soybean extract fermentation product filtrate, 2-4 parts of sodium polyglutamate, 2-3 parts of hydrogenated vegetable oil glycerides, 0.8-1.2 parts of sodium lactate, and 0.4-0.8 part of tripeptide-1. As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the composition comprises, by mass, 40 parts of Korean ginseng extract, 25 parts of green algae extract, 26 parts of lactobacillus/soybean extract fermentation product filtrate, 4 parts of sodium polyglutamate, 3 parts of hydrogenated vegetable oil glycerides, 1.2 parts of sodium lactate, and 0.8 part of tripeptide-1. As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the preparatio
