Description

Quinoa flavone extracting solution and preparation method and application thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of natural plant extraction, and particularly relates to a quinoa flavone extracting solution, a preparation method and application thereof. Background Flavonoids generally refer to a series of compounds in which two benzene rings having phenolic hydroxyl groups are linked to each other through a central three carbon atom. Flavonoid compounds are widely existed in certain plants and berries in nature, and have different molecular structures, such as rutin, hesperidin, quercitrin, green tea polyphenol, anthocyanin acid and the like. The flavone can improve blood circulation, reduce cholesterol, and has PAF anticoagulant, which can greatly reduce incidence rate of cardiovascular disease and cerebrovascular disease, and improve symptoms of cardiovascular disease and cerebrovascular disease. The flavone can also inhibit exudation of inflammatory biological enzyme, promote wound healing and relieve pain, and can be used in cosmetics for treating various sensitization diseases and resisting sensitization. In addition, flavone is a strong antioxidant, can effectively remove oxygen free radicals in vivo, can inhibit tyrosinase activity, can prevent cell degeneration and aging, and is used in cosmetics for resisting aging and whitening skin. Quinoa is also called as Nanmei quinoa, quinoa grain and the like, and is a quinoa herbaceous crop. Quinoa is rich in cellulose, polyunsaturated fatty acid is rich in variety, and various vitamins and various mineral substances are generally higher than common grains. The flavone compounds in quinoa are mainly quercetin and kaempferol, the quinoa flavone extract has good antioxidant activity, DPPH removing capacity is higher than that of vitamin C, and dark seeds have higher flavone content and antioxidant activity. In recent years, quinoa has been studied in the fields of nutrition and pharmacology to obtain a lot of scientific results, and the method and process for extracting quinoa flavonoids are less studied. The traditional extraction methods of the plant flavonoids comprise a hot water extraction method, an organic solvent reflux method, a Soxhlet extraction method, an alkali extraction acid precipitation method and the like, the methods have the defects of long time consumption, low extraction efficiency, large solvent consumption and the like, and most of the methods adopt organic solvents to extract the flavonoids, so that the solvent residues and toxicity risks can be caused. Therefore, a new process for extracting flavonoid antioxidant substances from quinoa is necessary to be developed, the comprehensive utilization of quinoa is enhanced, and the added value is improved.
