Description
Soothing and anti-inflammatory composition suitable for sensitive muscles and preparation method thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a soothing and anti-inflammatory composition suitable for sensitive muscles and a preparation method thereof. Background Sensitive skin is a common skin hyperreactive state, and clinically, the skin is easy to generate subjective symptoms such as burning, stinging, itching, tightness and the like when being stimulated by physical, chemical, mental and other factors, and objective signs such as erythema, desquamation, telangiectasia and the like can be accompanied or not. From a skin physiological perspective, the underlying causes of sensitive muscles are often closely related to impaired skin barrier function, neural sensory hyperreactivity, and enhanced immune inflammatory response. When the skin barrier is damaged, the horny layer becomes thin, and external irritants and harmful microorganisms easily invade, thereby inducing or aggravating inflammatory reactions inside the skin, resulting in redness, stinging and other problems. At present, in the fields of cosmetics and daily care, various products which are alleged to have soothing, anti-inflammatory or repairing effects are emerging on the market. However, the prior art still has disadvantages. On one hand, the efficacy of many products is relatively single, and the three key links of sensitive muscle care, namely 'relieving discomfort', 'inhibiting harmful bacteria' and 'eliminating inflammation', are difficult to simultaneously achieve. For example, some plant extract combinations have a certain anti-inflammatory and soothing effect, but have weak bacteriostatic ability and cannot effectively control conditional pathogenic bacteria (such as staphylococcus aureus) on the surface of skin, and on the other hand, certain compositions may be added with components with strong irritation to cause secondary irritation to sensitive muscles which are fragile in nature in order to pursue rapid onset of action. In addition, some of the existing anti-allergic compositions have reduced efficacy of the active substances after long-term storage, resulting in insufficient stability and long-term restoration ability of the products. Therefore, the research and development of a composition which can effectively relieve sensitive discomfort and inhibit bacteria for a long time, can radically inhibit inflammation and repair skin barriers, is safe and non-irritating and has stable properties is a technical problem to be solved in the field. The invention provides a composition which is applicable to sensitive muscles and has three effects of relieving, inhibiting bacteria and resisting inflammation and a preparation method thereof. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a soothing and anti-inflammatory composition suitable for sensitive muscles and a preparation method thereof. In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: In a first aspect, the invention provides a soothing anti-inflammatory composition suitable for sensitive muscles, comprising the following components of vetiver extract, tilia europaea extract, peucedanum praeruptorum extract and castanea henryi leaf extract, wherein the weight ratio of vetiver extract, tilia europaea extract, peucedanum praeruptorum extract and castanea henryi leaf extract is 1-3:2-5:1-4:2-6. Preferably, the weight ratio of the vetiver extract, the tilia europaea extract, the peucedanum praeruptorum extract and the castanea henryi leaf extract is 1.6-2.2:2.4-3.6:1.6-3:3-5. More preferably, the weight ratio of the vetiver extract, the tilia europaea extract, the peucedanum praeruptorum extract and the castanea henryi leaf extract is 2:3:2.4:3.6. The mechanism of action of each component in the composition of the invention is as follows: the herba Origani extract contains sesquiterpene alcohols (vetiverol), sesquiterpene ketones (vetiverone), and phytosterol. The extract can produce sedative effect through olfactory pathway, and can be topically applied to relieve itching discomfort by regulating sensory nerve sensitivity, and has antiinflammatory and antibacterial effects. Tilia europaea extract contains flavonoids (such as quercetin and kaempferol glycoside) and mucilaginous (polysaccharide) active ingredients. The flavonoids have strong antioxidant activity, can remove free radicals, relieve skin injury induced by oxidative stress, and has antiinflammatory effect for relieving skin inflammation and irritation, and reducing redness and swelling and discomfort. The mucilage can form a breathable moisturizing film on the skin surface, reduce the loss of percutaneous moisture, improve dryness and make the skin soft and moist. Radix Peucedani extract contains coumarin active ingredients such as decursin and decursin. The extract can in
