Abstract

Furthermore, the liposome prepared from phosphatidylcholine, polyquaternium-61 and brassinosteroids is used for loading the anti-aging active ingredients, so that the stability and transdermal performance of the anti-aging active ingredients are improved, and the liposome effectively conveys the active ingredients to the deep skin layer through breaking through the stratum corneum barrier, so that the bioavailability is improved, and further the effects of long-acting antioxidation, aging delay and the like are realized.

The anti-aging composition is characterized by comprising hydroxypropyl cyclodextrin, liposome and an anti-aging active ingredient loaded in the liposome, wherein the liposome ingredient comprises phosphatidylcholine, polyquaternium-61 and campesterol, the anti-aging active ingredient comprises ergothioneine, resveratrol and silkworm extract, the weight ratio of the hydroxypropyl cyclodextrin, the phosphatidylcholine, the polyquaternium-61, the campesterol, the ergothioneine, the resveratrol and the silkworm extract is 5-10:3-5:0.5-1:1:0.5-1:0.5-1.5:1-3, and the resveratrol is obtained by taking giant knotweed as a raw material and performing liquid fermentation and purification on the mixture of green mold and kluyveromyces marxianus.

The anti-aging composition of claim 1, wherein the method of preparing the anti-aging composition comprises the steps of: S1, dissolving phosphatidylcholine, polyquaternium-61, brassinosteroids and resveratrol in absolute ethyl alcohol to obtain an oil phase; s2, dissolving ergothioneine and silkworm extract in ultrapure water, regulating the pH value to 7.0, and hydrating to obtain a water phase; s3, injecting the oil phase into the water phase, uniformly mixing, homogenizing under high pressure to obtain a liposome solution, and removing ethanol by rotary evaporation to obtain a liposome concentrated solution; s4, dissolving hydroxypropyl cyclodextrin in ultrapure water, adding the liposome concentrated solution, uniformly mixing, and spray drying to obtain the anti-aging composition.
