  1. 1. A composition for relieving skin aging and saccharification is characterized by comprising lactobacillus paracasei (Lactobacillus paracasei) BL-22 and stachyose, wherein the lactobacillus paracasei BL-22 is preserved in China general microbiological culture Collection center (CGMCC) No. 33475.
  2. 2. The composition for preventing skin aging and saccharification according to claim 1, wherein the ratio of the amount of lactobacillus paracasei BL-22 to stachyose is (1X 10 9 ) CFU to (100) mg.
  3. 3. The anti-aging and anti-glycation composition of claim 2, wherein the ratio of lactobacillus paracasei BL-22 to stachyose is 1 x 10 8 CFU to 200mg.
  4. 4. The anti-aging and anti-glycation composition of claim 1, wherein the stachyose has a molecular weight of 500-900 daltons.
  5. 5. Use of the anti-aging and anti-glycation composition of claim 1 for the preparation of an anti-aging and anti-glycation product.

Description

Anti-aging and anti-saccharification lactobacillus paracasei BL-22 and application thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of microorganisms, and particularly relates to a composition for skin aging and saccharification and application thereof. Background Skin aging is a complex process of coaction of internal and external factors, and "saccharification aging" has become a key mechanism in addition to traditional cognitive photoaging and oxidative stress. The core is that sugar molecules and skin structural proteins do not enzymatically react to form irreversible advanced glycosylation end products (AGEs). Accumulation of AGEs can crosslink collagen and elastin, leading to skin stiffness, loss of elasticity and wrinkling, while disrupting extracellular matrix function, triggering chronic inflammation, forming aging and malignant cycle. However, the current mainstream anti-glycation strategies have obvious limitations that the traditional inhibitors have safety concerns, the crosslinking and cleavage agent has insufficient efficacy and transdermal property, and most natural extracts have the problems of single action, poor stability, poor permeation and the like, so that the anti-aging targets of high-efficiency, safety and multi-channel synergy are difficult to realize. Therefore, a natural solution which is high in safety, convenient to implement for a long time and capable of cooperatively interfering with the skin aging saccharification core pathophysiological process from multiple targets is sought, and the natural solution has urgent market demands and important clinical value. The method provides clear research direction and wide application prospect for developing novel functional products based on microbial preparations, natural plant components or combinations thereof. Disclosure of Invention Aiming at the defects in the prior art, one of the purposes of the invention is to provide a composition for relieving skin aging and saccharification, which adopts lactobacillus paracasei BL-22 and stachyose to be compounded as active ingredients, is natural and safe, has no drug side effect, and can effectively relieve skin aging and saccharification when being combined. It is a further object of the present invention to provide the use of the above composition for the preparation of a product for alleviating skin ageing and glycation related products. It is a further object of the present invention to provide a product for alleviating skin aging and glycation. To achieve the above object, according to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided an anti-aging and anti-glycation composition comprising Lactobacillus paracasei (Lactobacillus paracasei) BL-22 and stachyose, wherein Lactobacillus paracasei BL-22 is deposited in China general microbiological culture Collection center with the accession number CGMCC No. 33475. The lactobacillus paracasei BL-22 of the invention screens traditional dairy products from Gannan Tibetan autonomous states of Gansu province. The lactobacillus paracasei BL-22 and stachyose are compounded to be used as active compositions, and the combination of the two can effectively slow down skin aging and saccharification. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the ratio of the amount of Lactobacillus paracasei BL-22 to stachyose is (1X 10 9) CFU to (100) mg. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the stachyose has a molecular weight of 500-900 daltons. In a second aspect of the invention there is provided the use of the above anti-ageing and anti-glycation composition for the preparation of an anti-ageing and anti-glycation product. In a third aspect of the invention, an anti-aging and anti-glycation product is provided, comprising an active ingredient and an auxiliary material, wherein the active ingredient is an anti-aging and anti-glycation composition as described above. In a preferred scheme of the invention, the product is one of skin care products, medicines and health care foods. In a preferred scheme of the invention, the skin care product is one of skin lotion, skin cream, essence and face cream. In a preferred scheme of the invention, the medicine is one of a tablet, a granule, an oral liquid and a capsule. In the preferred scheme of the invention, the health food is one of pills, granules, powder and oral liquid. The invention does not limit the types of auxiliary materials in particular, and a technician can select common auxiliary material types according to the preparation types and the preparation requirements of the products. In a further preferred scheme, when the product is a skin care product, the adopted auxiliary materials comprise one or more of humectant, pH regulator, thickener and preservative, wherein the humectant can be glycerin, hyaluronic acid, panthenol, propylene glycol and the like, the pH regulator can be sodium lactate, arginine, aminomethylpropanol and the like, the thickener can be xanthan gum,
