Description
Copper ion hydrogel and preparation method and application thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of skin repair and biological materials, in particular to a copper ion hydrogel and a preparation method and application thereof. Background With the continual changes in living environment, lifestyle and external stimulus factors, the incidence of skin damage and chronic skin barrier dysfunction has increased year by year. The skin is used as an important defending barrier for the human body to resist external invasion, is extremely easy to be influenced by physical friction, environmental stimulus, microorganism infection and immune response abnormality, and thus has the problems of dryness, erythema, desquamation, itching, continuous inflammation, slow repair and the like. Especially in chronic skin lesions, the damage to the skin structure tends to be persistent and repetitive, complicating the recovery of the skin barrier. In the skin repair process, the content and quality of collagen in the dermis layer are key factors for maintaining the stability, elasticity and repair capability of the tissue structure. When the skin is damaged or in an inflammatory state for a long time, collagen is easy to degrade, and the regeneration speed of the collagen is obviously reduced, so that the tissue repair is delayed, the barrier function is difficult to recover, and the skin is easy to repeatedly damage. Whether chronic skin problems are caused by inflammation, xerosis skin disorders, impaired barriers, or local microenvironment disorders, promotion of collagen regeneration has become an important means of improving skin repair efficiency. The existing skin repair products mainly have the effects of anti-inflammatory, moisturizing, disinfecting or promoting the repair of the stratum corneum, but most products lack the effect of promoting the reconstruction of dermal matrixes, and cannot directly improve the regeneration capability of collagen. Antibiotics or antifungal agents have some effect in infection control, but their long-term use may disrupt the skin microecological balance and are not suitable for use in continuous skin repair regimens. In addition, although the care preparation using plant extracts or traditional moisturizers as main components is mild, the effect of promoting deep skin structure repair is generally limited, and the demand of collagen renewal in chronic injury repair is difficult to meet. In addition, seborrheic dermatitis is one of the chronic recurrent skin diseases of high incidence in companion animals, and its occurrence is closely related to multifactorial factors such as sebaceous gland secretion disorder, skin barrier damage, microflora imbalance, and immunoregulatory abnormality. Among them, abnormal proliferation of Malassezia furfur (Malassezia spp.) is widely recognized as an important causative factor of seborrheic dermatitis. The malassezia furfur depends on the sebum environment to proliferate rapidly, and can cause typical symptoms such as skin itch, erythema, desquamation, greasiness, folliculitis and the like, and seriously affect the skin health and life quality of pets. At present, the clinical treatment of pet seborrheic dermatitis mainly depends on antibiotics and antifungal drugs. However, antibiotics have significant limitations in the management of skin diseases in pets, and their use tends to lead to a gradual increase in the resistance of the skin microflora, and long-term or repeated use may even induce the continued colonization of resistant bacteria. Meanwhile, antibiotics do not have specificity against lipid-dependent fungi such as malassezia furfur, and the like, and are difficult to effectively control the core causative factors of seborrheic dermatitis. Furthermore, antibiotic formulations are generally unsuitable for daily skin care for pets, and excessive use may not only destroy the normal micro-ecology of the skin, but may also further impair the stability of the skin barrier. Although the external preparation using the traditional Chinese medicine as the main component is relatively mild, the external preparation has limited inhibition effect on fungi such as malassezia furfur, and the like, and often cannot meet the actual demands of seborrheic dermatitis on antifungal and daily nursing aspects. Therefore, the development of an external material which can directly promote collagen regeneration, assist skin barrier structure reconstruction and has good antifungal effect has important significance for improving skin self-repairing capability, shortening damage recovery period and improving seborrheic dermatitis caused by fungi. Disclosure of Invention In order to solve the technical problem that the existing skin external preparation has insufficient effects on collagen updating, barrier reconstruction and antifungal, the invention provides a copper ion hydrogel and a preparation method and application thereof.
