Abstract

The invention discloses an extraction method for rhodiola rosea extract, and relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine extraction. The method for extracting the rhodiola rosea extract comprises the steps of carrying out steam explosion and composite enzymolysis pretreatment on rhodiola rosea raw materials, carrying out gradient reflux extraction by using 70% ethanol solution, carrying out low-temperature cold precipitation treatment on extract liquid at 0-4 ℃ and filter pressing by matching filter aid to obtain clear filtrate, concentrating the filtrate under reduced pressure until the specific gravity is 1.04-1.06, immediately introducing high-shear homogenization treatment, and finally carrying out spray drying. The core of the invention is that the technology of node coupling homogenization with specific gravity of 1.05 is utilized, the rheological property of feed liquid is obviously improved, and the industrial problem that the rhodiola root extract is easy to adhere to the wall and block the gun during spray drying is thoroughly solved. Meanwhile, the low-temperature cold sedimentation is adopted to replace the traditional macroporous resin purification, so that the full-spectrum active ingredients such as salidroside, polysaccharide, flavone and the like are reserved to the greatest extent while invalid viscous impurities are effectively removed.

Description

Extraction method for rhodiola rosea extract Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine extraction, in particular to an extraction method for rhodiola rosea extract. Background Rhodiola rosea is taken as a precious medicinal and edible plant, is rich in various active ingredients such as salidroside, tyrosol, salidroside and the like, has remarkable pharmacological effects of resisting fatigue, resisting hypoxia, resisting microwave radiation, delaying aging and the like, is widely applied to medicinal preparations, functional foods and cosmetic raw materials, with the development of the healthy industry, the market has increasing demands on rhodiola rosea extracts, especially has higher demands on standardized extracts which can keep the full spectrum activity of plants and have excellent physical properties (such as good solubility and uniform color), and the method for industrially extracting the active ingredients such as the salidroside mainly comprises a solvent extraction method, a microwave-assisted extraction method, an ultrasonic extraction method and the like at present, wherein ethanol reflux extraction is a mainstream means in the large-scale industrial production at present due to the characteristics of mature process, recyclable solvent and the like. The method for extracting salidroside and salidroside from rhodiola root in the prior art mainly comprises the steps of crushing rhodiola root and stem, carrying out reflux extraction by using an ethanol aqueous solution, filtering and concentrating the extracting solution under reduced pressure, adsorbing by using a treated macroporous adsorption resin column, then carrying out gradient elution by using ethanol with different concentrations, and finally collecting eluent and drying to obtain the extract. However, the prior art still has significant defects in practical industrialized application, firstly, excessive macroporous resin purification is used for improving the content of index components, but coexisting components such as polysaccharide, flavone and the like with synergistic effect in rhodiola rosea are always filtered, so that the extract loses the full spectrum efficacy, the risk of resin residue is always hidden in the fields of foods and cosmetics, secondly, in the conventional ethanol extraction-spray drying process, most of technical schemes neglect rheological characteristic control in the concentration process of the extract, the specific gravity of the feed liquid before entering a tower is always not accurately limited, so that the problems of feed liquid sticking wall, nozzle blockage or strong hygroscopicity, uneven bulk density and the like of finished powder often occur in the spray drying stage, and furthermore, the optimal balance between the extraction efficiency and the energy consumption is difficult to obtain due to the lack of specific reflux times and optimized solvent consumption in single-concentration ethanol extraction, so that the production cost is high.
