A method for preparing a corydalis tuber extract, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: step a, extracting, namely heating and extracting the corydalis tuber medicinal material by pure water and/or 60-95% ethanol solution, collecting an extracting solution, and concentrating under reduced pressure; Purifying by chromatography column, subjecting the concentrated extract to macroporous resin, gradient eluting with 0-30%, 60-80% and 95% ethanol, collecting 60-80% ethanol eluate, and evaporating under reduced pressure to obtain rhizoma corydalis extract.
