CN-122005657-A - Traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating cerebral hemorrhage and application thereof
Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, and in particular relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating cerebral hemorrhage and application thereof. The main active components of the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprise, by mass, 10-30 parts of red ginseng, 10-20 parts of rheum officinale, 0.5-1 part of prepared nux vomica, 1-10 parts of leech and 10-30 parts of pseudo-ginseng. Clinical experiments show that the administration of the traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the invention after 24 hours from onset of cerebral hemorrhage can obviously improve uw-mRS and mRS of a cerebral hemorrhage patient for 90 days, obviously improve bad prognosis of the cerebral hemorrhage patient and improve independent ability of life. Meanwhile, adverse events related to treatment of the traditional Chinese medicine compound group have no significant difference (P > 0.05) compared with a placebo group, which shows that the traditional Chinese medicine composition has good safety. The results show that the traditional Chinese medicine composition disclosed by the invention can be used for effectively treating cerebral hemorrhage and is good in safety.

Description
Traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating cerebral hemorrhage and application thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, and in particular relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating cerebral hemorrhage and application thereof. Background Cerebral Hemorrhage (ICH) refers to non-traumatic internal cerebral hemorrhage, and is a clinically common and frequently encountered disease with rapid onset, multiple changes and rapid progress. Acute cerebral hemorrhage is a serious hazard to human health. Acute cerebral hemorrhage is a disease with high death rate and high disability rate. However, at present, no effective treatment means exists in medical treatment and surgical treatment, namely FAST research of blood coagulation factors in medical treatment, INTERACT-II research of enhanced blood pressure reduction and clinical research of vegetative nerve are all ineffective, and international cerebral hemorrhage surgical research STICH only proves that the treatment is effective for superficial cerebral hemorrhage, and deep cerebral hemorrhage is not obviously improved for long-term fatality rate and severe disability even if hematoma is cleared completely. The traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the aspects of function improvement and clinical prognosis due to the effects of multiple targets and small side effects. However, past clinical studies suggest that treatment with blood circulation promoting and stasis removing methods may increase the risk of re-bleeding in patients with cerebral hemorrhage at the hyperacute stage of 0-6 h. Thus, for acute cerebral hemorrhage patients, the choice of traditional Chinese medicine should be made more cautious, and for such patients, the appropriate time window should be chosen for traditional Chinese medicine intervention. At present, a traditional Chinese medicine composition capable of effectively treating acute cerebral hemorrhage is still lacking, so that a traditional Chinese medicine composition capable of effectively treating acute cerebral hemorrhage needs to be developed. Disclosure of Invention The first aim of the invention is to provide a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating cerebral hemorrhage, and the second aim of the invention is to provide application of the traditional Chinese medicine composition. According to a first aspect of the invention, a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating cerebral hemorrhage is provided, and the main active ingredients of the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprise, by mass, 10-30 parts of red ginseng, 10-20 parts of rheum officinale, 0.5-1 part of prepared nux vomica, 1-10 parts of leech and 10-30 parts of pseudo-ginseng. The invention considers that "internal wind" is the core pathogenesis of hemorrhagic stroke. Therefore, on the basis of tonifying qi and activating blood, the wind and collaterals are dredged. In the formula, red ginseng is used as a monarch drug for tonifying primordial qi, rheum officinale is used as a ministerial drug for clearing heat and detoxicating, pseudo-ginseng is used as a blood circulation promoting and stasis removing drug, prepared nux vomica and leech can be used as adjuvant drugs for dispelling wind and dredging collaterals, and rheum officinale is used as a guide drug for passing twelve meridians. The whole formula has the effects of tonifying qi, activating blood, dispelling wind, dredging collaterals and removing toxin. The sources of the raw materials of the method are as follows: ginseng radix Rubri is dried root and rhizome of Panax ginseng C.A. Mey. Rheum officinale (Rheum palmatum L.), rheum officinale (Rheum offcinale bail), rheum tanguticum (Rheum tanguticum maxim. Ex bailf.) dried root and rhizome. Semen Strychni is prepared by cleaning semen Strychni processed product, which is dried mature seed of semen Strychni Strychnos nux-vomica L of Strychnos nux-vomica of the family Strychnaceae, and parching with sand. Because acute cerebral hemorrhage is critical, the curative effect of treating serious diseases can be improved by adopting a slightly large dosage of nux vomica, and the dosage of the nux vomica in the traditional Chinese medicine composition is 0.5-1 part. Clinical experience shows that the Chinese medicinal composition has the functions of laxation and relaxing bowels, and can reduce the toxicity of nux vomica. Leech is a dried whole of leech WHITMANIA PIGRA WHITMAN, leech WHITMANIA ACRANUTATA WHITMAN or leech Hirudo nipponica Whitman belonging to genus leech of family Hirudinaceae. Notoginseng radix is the dry root of Panax notoginseng Panax notoginseng (Burk.) F.H. Chen. In some embodiments, the main active ingredients comprise 30 parts by mass of red ginseng, 15 parts by mass of rheum officinale, 0.8 part by mass of prepared nux vomica, 5 parts by mass of leech and 30 parts by mass of pseudo-ginseng. In some embodiments, pharma
