Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of nigella glandulifera extract, in particular to application of nigella glandulifera extract in preparing a medicament for treating alopecia and daily necessities for promoting hair growth. The mass ratio of the total saponins to the total flavonoids in the extract is 6-14:1, the total flavonoids in the extract is 14-21 mg/g, and the total saponins are 125-197mg/g. The nigella glandulifera extract can be used for treating alopecia by promoting Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF), inhibiting Androgen Receptor (AR) and transforming growth factor (TGF-beta 1). It shows synergistic effect in promoting hair papilla cell activity, stimulating VEGF secretion and regulating beta-Catenin, AR, TGF-beta gene expression, and its effect is obviously superior to that of extract out of the range of said ratio.

Description

Application of nigella glandulifera extract in preparing medicament for treating alopecia and daily necessities for promoting hair growth Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of nigella glandulifera extract, in particular to application of nigella glandulifera extract in preparing a medicament for treating alopecia and daily necessities for promoting hair growth. Background Alopecia is one of the common damage and tolerance diseases of dermatology, and its etiology and pathogenesis may be related to genetic factors, mental factors, hormone levels, sebum secretion, endocrine dysfunctions, trace element deficiency, etc. Research reports show that most alopecia patients have obvious spelt psychology and depression, and the life quality of the patients is seriously affected. According to the causes of alopecia, alopecia is classified into diffuse alopecia and focal alopecia. Of these, androgenetic alopecia (AGA) is one of the most common types of diffuse alopecia, and is also the most leading cause of male pattern alopecia, with about 70% of men suffering from AGA throughout their lives. Whereas elevated levels of free testosterone and Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) were observed in men with AGA. The higher active DHT binds to the androgen receptor at the hair follicle causing atrophy and degeneration of the follicle, resulting in progressive miniaturization of the follicle and hair loss. Minoxidil finasteride is a first-line drug approved by the FDA for the treatment of hair loss, but literature reports (e.g., cai Chang et al, journal of drug abuse control, 2022, volume 28, 10, cai Yiting, journal of practical dermatology, 2025, volume 18, 4) indicate that there are certain adverse drug reactions, mainly mild dermatitis, infections and oedema, with 5% minoxidil being more prone to local irritation than 2% minoxidil, contact pigmentation dermatitis and hirsutism can result, resulting in reduced compliance and tolerance, cardiovascular adverse effects can result from misfeeding, and adverse events are positively correlated with doses. While contraindications in the pharmaceutical specification of finasteride tablets clearly indicate that the drug is not suitable for women and children. Especially for pregnant women and women who may become pregnant, the administration of finasteride may cause the external genitalia of the male fetus to develop abnormally. And literature reports (e.g., sun Ke, journal of chronic diseases, 2010, volume 12, 10) that men taking finasteride for androgenic alopecia also develop finasteride syndrome after withdrawal, manifesting as sexual dysfunction, and psychological disorders including impaired attention, depression, and suicidal tendencies. The nigella glandulifera seed is a dried mature seed of nigella glandulifera Nigella glanduliferaFreyn et Sint belonging to Ranunculaceae. In the Mediterranean region, there is also a distribution in the Soviet Asia region, mostly cultivated (China Committee for the editing of plant Physics of China academy of sciences: pages 112 of twenty-seventh volume of China Physics, science Press, 1979, 7, 1 st edition). China was born in Meng Chi, jing hong and Xinjiang (Kunming plant institute, academy of sciences of China, xishuangbanna tropical plant garden: (Xishuangbanna higher plant directory, page 81, yunnan national press, 6 th month, 2 nd edition 1996). The first part of the Chinese pharmacopoeia 2020 edition has triangular oval shape, 2.5-3mm long and 1.5mm wide. The surface is black, rough, the top end is narrow and sharp, the lower end is slightly blunt, and irregular protrusions are arranged. Hard, off-white in cross section and oily. Slightly fragrant and pungent. The Baidi medicine book records that the medicine has the functions of dispelling cold, relieving swelling, promoting hair growth, blackening hair, wen Jinjian muscles, warming uterus, relieving pain, eliminating jaundice and the like, and can be used for treating chronic inflammation and swelling of mucous nature, paralysis, facial paralysis, postpartum uterine pain, facial jaundice and the like, and can be added into preparations such as honey paste, digestion promoting paste, powder, oil agent and the like. The Chinese pharmacopoeia 2020 edition one records that its functional indications are tonifying kidney, strengthening brain, dredging channels, promoting lactation and promoting urination. Can be used for treating tinnitus, amnesia, amenorrhea, stranguria due to heat, and stranguria due to stone. Modern researches on nigella glandulifera seeds are relatively few, and mainly focus on chemical component researches in China, such as chemical component researches on nigella glandulifera seeds of Xinjiang traditional vitamin, separation and structural identification of flavonoid components in nigella glandulifera seeds, pharmacological researches, such as chemical components and pharmacological research progress of nigella glandulifera seeds, quality researches
