A aconite composition for treating kidney-yang deficiency type osteoporosis, comprising aconite extract and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, wherein the aconite extract is prepared by water extraction or alcohol extraction, the aconite alkaloid content accounts for 1% -10% of the total weight of the extract, and the composition is configured into oral preparation or injection.

The aconite composition according to claim 2, further comprising a dried ginger extract in a weight ratio of 1:0.5 to 1:2, wherein the dried ginger extract is used for reducing toxicity of the aconite and enhancing osteogenic effect by synergistic effect, and wherein the dried ginger extract is obtained by reflux extraction with ethanol, wherein gingerol content is not less than 3%, and the compatibility ratio is 1:1.

A method for preparing a aconite composition according to any one of claims 1-4, which comprises the steps of crushing aconite raw materials, extracting with water, adding water 6-10 times of the weight of the raw materials, mixing the extracting solutions, and concentrating to obtain fluid extract with a relative density of 1.10-1.15.
