Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of virus infection treatment, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating cervical high-risk HPV persistent infection and application thereof. The traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises 6-30 parts of aconite (black tablet) (decocted first), 3-15 parts of ginseng, 9-60 parts of Polyporus, 6-30 parts of fructus cnidii, 6-30 parts of fried semen brassicae, 6-30 parts of notopterygium root, 6-24 parts of radix bupleuri, 6-30 parts of fried green tangerine orange peel, 6-30 parts of motherwort and 6-30 parts of Chinese angelica. According to constitution and syndrome differentiation of a patient suffering from persistent infection by high-risk human papilloma virus (HR-HPV), the invention prepares a traditional Chinese medicine prescription based on the theory of warming yang and dispelling cold and eliminating dampness of traditional Chinese medicine, treats the patient suffering from persistent HPV infection and cervical mild lesions by using a prescription of a warming yang and dispelling cold and eliminating dampness treatment method, and improves the internal environment of the patient body to promote the vital qi (autoimmune power) of the patient so as to dispel pathogenic factors (pathogenic microorganisms) when the patient goes out.

Description

Traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating cervical high-risk HPV persistent infection and application thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of virus infection treatment, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating cervical high-risk HPV persistent infection and application thereof. Background High-risk human papillomavirus (High-risk Human papillomavirus, HR-HPV) infection is the leading cause of cervical cancer, 99.7% of cervical cancer patients have combined HPV infection. Although part of HPV infection is cleared by the body's immune system, there is about 20% -30% of persistent infection, eventually developing cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CERVICAL INTRAEPITHELIAL neoplasia, CIN), even cervical cancer. Studies have shown that if HR-HPV infection persists for more than one year, 21% of patients may develop high-grade cervical lesions (CIN II/III), also known as pre-cervical lesions. Therefore, effective intervention on persistent infection of the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) at risk of Gong Genggao is a key to reducing the incidence of pre-cervical cancer lesions and cervical cancer in women. WHO pre-cervical cancer lesion screening and treatment guidelines (version 2) recommend HPV DNA detection as the preferred cervical cancer screening method, screening for HPV DNA positive, performing cytological or colposcopic histological examination, if the colposcopic histological examination result is negative or low-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN I), rechecking HPV for 6-12 months, if the colposcopic histological examination result is high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN II/III) or carcinoma in situ, performing ablative or surgical treatment. It can be seen that there is no effective treatment for HPV infection and low grade cervical lesions, mainly clinical observations, and that surgical treatment is required once the condition progresses to high grade or cervical cancer. In summary, there is no effective treatment for HPV infection, mainly by improving immunity to perform self-clearance, and there are some agents for vaginal topical application. However, since HPV is introduced into cervical cells after infection and even integrated with DNA of cervical cells, the effect of the external preparation is not ideal. Chinese patent CN119033874A discloses a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating HPV infection and cervical cancer pre-lesions and a preparation method thereof, and discloses a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition (comprising two formulas for oral administration and external use), wherein the oral formula comprises 6-12 g of angelica sinensis, 6-15 g of radix paeoniae alba, 10-15 g of prepared rehmannia root, 3-10 g of ligusticum chuanxiong, 10-30 g of radix astragali, 10-30 g of radix codonopsis pilosulae, 3-9 g of ginseng, 15-30 g of Chinese yam, 6-15 g of fructus forsythiae, 3-12 g of cortex phellodendri, 5-10 g of radix sophorae flavescentis, 10-15 g of cortex dictamni, 6-15 g of honeysuckle and 10-15 g of dandelion, and mainly has the effects of clearing heat and expelling damp toxin, tonifying spleen and replenishing qi, enriching blood and activating blood, nourishing yin and replenishing essence, but the patent does not give verification data, and most of patients suffering from continuous HPV infection in clinic have the pathological characteristics of 'yang deficiency and cold dampness retardation', so that clinical treatment requirements are difficult to meet. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to solve the technical problem that no effective treatment means for HPV infection exists at present, and the invention mainly aims to improve immunity to perform self-cleaning and also has some medicines for local vaginal application. However, since HPV is introduced into cervical cells after infection and even integrated with DNA of cervical cells, the effect of the external preparation is not ideal. In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating cervical high-risk HPV persistent infection and application thereof, according to constitution and syndrome differentiation of patients suffering from high-risk human papilloma virus (HR-HPV) persistent infection, a traditional Chinese medicine prescription is formulated based on traditional Chinese medicine treatment rules of warming yang and dispelling cold and eliminating dampness, and a prescription of the treatment method of warming yang and dispelling cold is used for treating patients suffering from persistent HR-HPV infection and cervical mild lesions, and based on improving the internal environment of the patients, the internal body qi (autoimmune power) of the patients is extracted, so that pathogenic factors (pathogenic microorganisms) are eliminated. The traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating cervical high-risk H
