Description
Production process and application of fritillary bulb extract Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine extraction, in particular to a production process and application of fritillary bulb extract. Background For understanding the technical content of the present invention: Fritillary bulb (FritillariaeUssuriensisBulbus) is dry bulb of fritillary bulb of Liliaceae, and is harvested in spring to remove skin, fibrous root and silt, and sun-dried or low-temperature dried. Fritillary bulb is bitter in property, sweet and slightly cold in taste, enters lung and heart meridian, has the functions of clearing heat and moistening lung, resolving phlegm and relieving cough and the like, and is used for treating lung heat dry cough, dry cough with little phlegm, yin deficiency and cough with excessive load of phlegm and blood. Mainly produced in three provinces of northeast, most of the commercial products are cultivated products. The Shennong Ben Cao Jing (Shennong's herbal meridian) is characterized by the fritillary bulb being a Chinese herb, and the meridian is named as' pungent and flat smell, no toxicity, main typhoid, dysphoria with smothery sensation, dribbling pathogenic qi, hernia, pharyngitis and milk difficulty ', and the traditional Chinese medicine is the fritillary bulb entering heart and lung two meridians', and has the effects of clearing heat, moistening lung, relieving cough, reducing sputum and removing accumulation. Fritillary bulb is classified as a taiyin herb in the classic "Dong Yi shou Shi Bao Yuan". Modern medical researches show that fritillary bulb mainly contains alkaloid components and has obvious pharmacological effects of relieving cough, eliminating phlegm, relieving asthma, resisting ulcer, resisting platelet aggregation, resisting inflammation and the like. The processing method of the fritillary medicinal materials in the ancient times is sun-dried, and is consistent with the sun-dried or low-temperature dried method in the current Chinese pharmacopoeia. Most of the processing methods of fritillary materials in the prior art adopt the method of removing impurities and mashing the fritillary materials when in use. However, the dissolution of the active ingredients is different due to the fact that the medicinal materials with different particle sizes are decocted, the specific surface area of the crushed medicinal materials can be increased, and accordingly the decoction of the active ingredients is facilitated. The grinding during use is difficult to control the grain diameter, the excessive thickness and the excessive fineness are unfavorable for the effective components to be decocted out, and the grinding efficiency is low. The extraction efficiency of the fritillary bulb active ingredient disclosed in the prior art is not high, and on the basis of the extraction efficiency, the development of an extraction process with stable extract yield, total alkaloids, monomer alkaloid content and transfer rate is a research hotspot and direction of researchers in the field. The related patent documents: The publication No. CN104207282A, publication No. 2014.12.17, discloses a method for preparing a fritillary bulb water extract, which comprises the steps of cleaning fritillary bulb, soaking with water for 30 hours to remove bitter taste, airing, crushing, adding 5 times of water according to the weight ratio, refluxing and extracting for 1 hour, sieving with a 100-200 mesh sieve, centrifugally filtering the obtained fritillary bulb water extract at 3500 rpm, and concentrating for 1/4-1/3 times. The publication No. CN104407064A, publication No. 2015.03.11, which discloses a method for identifying and measuring the content of fritillary bulb medicinal materials, which adopts ethanol extraction, then passes through a neutral alumina column, is measured by high performance liquid chromatography, and can effectively identify the fritillary bulb, the fritillary bulb and the fritillary bulb by combining with the characteristic spectrum of the medicinal materials, and measure the content of peimine and peiminine. The extraction process comprises grinding Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae into powder, placing in a flask, adding 50-100% ethanol, extracting for 1-6 hr, filtering, recovering solvent from filtrate to obtain residue, dissolving the residue, loading on neutral alumina column, eluting, and collecting eluate.
