Description
Traditional Chinese medicine composition, preparation method thereof and application thereof in preventing and treating chicken bursa mycoplasma Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese veterinary medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition, a preparation method thereof and application thereof in preventing and treating chicken synovial sac mycoplasma. Background The chicken bursa mycoplasma disease is an infectious disease caused by chicken bursa Mycoplasma (MS) infection, the pathological process starts from respiratory tract infection and colonization, and pathogens can be transmitted through horizontal paths such as air, contact and the like and through egg vertical paths, and the seropositive rate of chicken flocks in the domestic partial area is up to 82.4%. The disease can cause respiratory symptoms such as cough, sneeze and the like of chicken flock, thereby causing pathological changes such as joint swelling, lameness, sternal cyst and the like, and simultaneously causing slow growth, about 5 percent reduction of laying rate and increase of death rate, bringing remarkable economic loss to poultry industry and severely preventing and controlling situation. Clinical control at this stage mainly depends on vaccination and antibiotic treatment. The inactivated vaccine has high safety but can not eradicate infection, the live vaccine has limited effect on infected chickens and possibly induces morbidity, and the common antibiotics such as tylosin, enrofloxacin and the like have certain curative effects, but are easy to generate drug resistance and high in recurrence rate after long-term use, have the risks of hepatotoxicity and nephrotoxicity and drug residue, and do not accord with the development trend of green non-resistant cultivation. The Chinese veterinary medicine has unique advantages in preventing and treating the disease, and the Chinese veterinary theory considers that the disease starts from exogenous evil invading lung and lung qi stagnation, then phlegm-dampness grows internally and blocks joints, and the treatment needs to follow the principles of dispersing lung qi, resolving phlegm, eliminating dampness and dredging collaterals. The traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of multiple components, multiple targets, overall regulation, difficult generation of drug resistance, small toxic and side effects and the like, can inhibit pathogens, can enhance the immunity of organisms, and has no antibiotic residues. However, the mature veterinary drug formulation for targeted prevention and treatment of chicken bursal mycoplasmosis and definite curative effect still belongs to the blank in the market at present, so that the development of a special traditional Chinese medicine compound composition for treating both symptoms and root causes with high efficiency and safety has become an urgent need of the industry. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to overcome the technical defects, and provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition, a preparation method thereof and application thereof in preventing and treating chicken bursal mycoplasma, and solves the technical problem of how to safely and effectively realize preventing and treating chicken bursal mycoplasma in the prior art. In order to achieve the technical aim, the technical scheme of the invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition, which comprises, by weight, 20-40 parts of phellodendron bark, 10-20 parts of glabrous greenbrier rhizome, 10-20 parts of liquorice, 2-5 parts of rhizoma anemarrhenae, 3-8 parts of Chinese angelica and 5-10 parts of rhizoma alismatis. In any embodiment, the composition further comprises 5-10 parts of cassia twig and 5-10 parts of fructus forsythiae. In addition, the invention also provides a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition, which comprises the following steps: Mixing the raw materials, adding a first solvent, soaking to obtain a mixture, heating the mixture at 50-60 ℃, heating the mixture at 90-100 ℃, filtering, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition. In any embodiment, the first solvent is a mixed solvent of ethanol, beta-cyclodextrin and water, wherein the mass content of the ethanol in the mixed solvent is 1-2%, and the mass content of the beta-cyclodextrin is 0.3-0.6%. In any embodiment, the mass ratio of the starting material to the first solvent is 1 (10-15). In any embodiment, the heating time at 50-60 ℃ is 30-40min. In any embodiment, the heating time at 90-100 ℃ is 50-60min. In any embodiment, the raw materials are further pretreated by slicing rhizoma smilacis glabrae to a thickness of 1-2mm after removing fibrous roots, and then freezing and thawing treatment, and/or spraying with 2-3% sodium chloride solution after slicing radix Glycyrrhizae. In addition, the invention also provides application of t
