The traditional Chinese medicine composition is characterized by comprising, by weight, 20-40 parts of cortex phellodendri, 10-20 parts of rhizoma smilacis glabrae, 10-20 parts of liquorice, 2-5 parts of rhizoma anemarrhenae, 3-8 parts of angelica sinensis and 5-10 parts of rhizoma alismatis.
