Abstract

The invention discloses an application of a traditional Chinese medicine composition for warming yang and dispelling cold in preparation of a medicine for improving cold limbs, and belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicines. The prescription is prepared from mugwort leaf, cassia twig, szechuan lovage rhizome, incised notopterygium rhizome, divaricate saposhnikovia root, ginger, pricklyash peel, safflower, clematis root, aconite root, dried ginger and cassia bark according to a specific mass portion ratio. The prescription of the invention has the effects of warming channels for dispelling cold, promoting blood circulation and removing obstruction in collaterals, and is mainly used for improving symptoms such as cold hands and feet, aversion to cold, cold pain of joints and the like caused by deficiency of yang qi and congealing cold in channels. The invention also provides a preparation method of the preparation such as the patch of the prescription. Clinical experiments show that the prescription preparation, in particular to an acupoint application agent, has obvious improvement on the symptoms, the total effective rate of 93.3 percent and good safety, and provides a safe, effective and convenient external treatment option for related diseases.

Description

Application of traditional Chinese medicine composition for warming yang and dispelling cold in preparation of medicine for improving cold limbs Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to application of a traditional Chinese medicine composition for warming yang and dispelling cold in preparation of a medicine for improving cold limbs. Background The symptoms such as cold hands and feet, aversion to cold, cold pain of joints, female dysmenorrhea and the like are a group of common clinical symptoms, are often classified in the fields of peripheral circulatory disturbance, autonomic nerve dysfunction or chronic inflammatory diseases in modern medicine, are mostly treated by vasodilators, neuromodulation drugs or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, can temporarily relieve part of the symptoms, but have the problems of temporary relief, easy recurrence, possibility of gastrointestinal tract or cardiovascular side effects caused by long-term use and the like. In the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the symptoms are mostly classified into the category of 'yang deficiency and cold accumulation syndrome' or 'cold accumulation and blood stasis syndrome'. The core pathogenesis of the traditional Chinese medicine is that yang qi of a human body is deficient, and the warming driving force is insufficient, so that pathogenic yin cold is generated internally or externally, and stagnates at meridians, joints, uterus and the like, so that qi and blood are not smooth, pain is caused when the qi and blood are not smooth, and warmth is caused when the qi and blood are not smooth. Therefore, the fundamental method of treatment consists in warming yang and dispelling cold together with activating blood and dredging collaterals. At present, the traditional Chinese medicine treatment means aiming at yang deficiency and cold accumulation symptoms mainly comprise: The traditional Chinese medicine decoction or the Chinese patent medicine is taken orally, which is the most common internal treatment method. Commonly used prescriptions such as radix Angelicae sinensis decoction for treating adverse qi, radix Aconiti lateralis Preparata pill for regulating middle warmer, and JINKUISHENQI pill. Although the curative effect is positive, the medicine has the following limitations that (a) long-term decoction or taking is required, the medicine is inconvenient, (b) partial yang-warming medicines (such as aconite) possibly have a certain toxicity risk if being processed or improperly mixed, the requirement on decoction is high, and (c) long-term oral administration possibly increases the burden of spleen and stomach, causes discomfort such as abdominal distention, inappetence and the like, and influences the compliance of patients. External treatment methods such as moxibustion and warm acupuncture include heating and stimulating acupoints (such as Guanyuan, mingmen and Zusanli) by burning moxa, and has direct therapeutic effect. But the limitations are (a) need professional operation, difficult popularization and family self-use, (b) have open fire and smog during treatment, have potential safety hazards and influence the environment, and (c) have fixed single treatment time, and are difficult to meet the requirement of continuous warming. The common hot compress or the commercially available warm paste can only provide a physical heat source, temporarily improve the local somatosensory temperature, lacks the therapeutic effect of the medicine, cannot fundamentally warm and tonify yang qi, dispel deep cold evil and remove blood stasis and dredge collaterals, and has shallow and durable curative effect. In summary, the prior art lacks an external preparation which integrates the functions of strongly warming yang, deeply dispelling cold, permanently promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals, is safe and convenient, and is suitable for long-term self-management of patients. The novel external preparation for warming yang and dispelling cold, which is based on classical Chinese medicine theory, has strict formula and can be continuously administered through body surface acupoints or channels, is developed, and has important significance for meeting clinical requirements and improving life quality of patients. Disclosure of Invention Aiming at the problems existing in the prior art, the invention provides application of a traditional Chinese medicine composition for warming yang and dispelling cold in preparation of a medicine for improving cold limbs. The 'Wen Yangsi Jie' (aconite, cinnamon, dried ginger and pricklyash peel) is scientifically matched with the medicines for promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction, dispelling wind and removing dampness, and the acupoint application agent is prepared by a modern preparation process, so that the 'external treatment internal effect' which directly reaches the viscera of the channels and colla
