Description
Composition containing agilawood extract and preparation method and application thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of biology, and relates to a composition containing agilawood extract, and a preparation method and application thereof. Background Liver injury, especially alcoholic liver injury, fatty liver disease and drug-induced liver injury, is usually accompanied by pathological processes such as increased oxidative stress, activation of inflammatory response, lipid metabolism disorder and damage to hepatic cell membrane structure. The existing protection thought is mainly focused on a single antioxidant component, a single peptide active substance or a single carrier system, and can improve liver injury indexes to a certain extent, but the problems of insufficient dispersion stability of the active component, obvious gastrointestinal degradation, difficult cooperative delivery of fat-soluble and water-soluble components, limited multi-target regulation capability and the like generally exist. The prior patent discloses a composition for preventing and treating alcoholic liver injury, which consists of seaweed polyphenol, sodium alginate, abalone peptide and spermidine, wherein the seaweed polyphenol composite powder is formed by the combined action of the sodium alginate and the spermidine, and then the seaweed polyphenol composite powder is compounded with the abalone peptide, so that the stability is improved and the liver protection effect is improved. The proposal shows that the seaweed functional component can be used as an active source and a structuring carrier for constructing a stable composite system, and can be suitable for developing compositions related to liver injury. Another patent discloses Cordyceps militaris peptide, a compound, a preparation method thereof and application thereof in treating alcoholic liver injury diseases. The scheme obtains the active peptide with the functions of antioxidation and immunoregulation through enzymolysis and purification, and further adopts galactosylated bacterial cellulose as a delivery carrier to encapsulate the peptide and astaxanthin together, thereby realizing protection, absorption extension and liver targeting delivery of enzymolysis damage in gastrointestinal environment. The technology shows that if the peptide active substance is compounded with a proper functional carrier and a fat-soluble active substance, the in vivo stability, tissue distribution and liver delivery efficiency can be obviously improved. After the chlorella pyrenoidosa is crushed, freeze-thawing and ultrasonic homogenizing, alkaline protease and flavourzyme double enzymolysis, activated carbon adsorption and SP Sephadex C25 cation exchange chromatography, specific active peptide components can be obtained, and the effect of obviously relieving alcoholic liver injury is verified by a HepG2 cell model. This suggests that the chlorella-derived peptides have a clear functional basis in the liver protection direction, but still belong to a single active module that is slightly water-soluble in nature, lacking a synergistic delivery and structure stabilization design for lipid-soluble actives. The agilawood and the extract thereof, especially the part rich in 2- (2-phenethyl) chromone compounds, have better modern pharmacological development value. In the prior art, the study of acute liver injury of lignum Aquilariae Resinatum adopts evidence chains combining network pharmacology, molecular docking and cell experiment, which suggests that the lignum Aquilariae Resinatum active substance can participate in the processes of oxidation resistance, inflammation resistance and liver cell protection in a multi-target mode. Thus, the agilawood extract is suitable for being used as a fat-soluble main active component in a compound system, but has the problems of insufficient dispersibility and stability in a conventional dosage form, and needs to be improved by a proper carrier system. In summary, although the prior art discloses "the combination of seaweed functional components and peptides for liver protection", "the carrier delivery system of peptides and fat-soluble active substances" and "the preparation and liver protection effects of the chlorella pyrenoidosa peptides", a compound scheme for organically integrating the fat-soluble multi-target activity of agilawood extracts, the water-soluble liver protection activity of the chlorella pyrenoidosa peptides and the embedding, gel and slow release effects of seaweed functional components has not been formed. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a new composition for assisting in protecting liver injury, so as to solve the problems of single activity, poor stability, low delivery efficiency and insufficient synergistic effect in the prior art.
