- 1. The atomizing sheet of claim 1, wherein the atomizing sheet includes a circular region, the first region is disposed in a center of the circular region, the second region is disposed around an outer periphery of the first region, and the third region is disposed around an outer periphery of the second region.

The atomizing sheet of claim 2, wherein the first, second, and third micropores together form a plurality of spiral lines from the center of the circular region to the outer periphery of the circular region, and the distance between circumferentially adjacent two spiral lines increases gradually.

The atomizing sheet according to claim 3, wherein the first, second and third micropores further form a plurality of radial lines from the center of the circular region toward the outer periphery of the circular region, the distance between circumferentially adjacent two radial lines gradually increasing, and the radial lines and the micropores of the spiral line are staggered with each other.
- 5. The atomizing sheet of claim 4, wherein the inner diameters of the first, second, and third micropores gradually increase from the center of the circular region toward the outer periphery of the circular region.
- 6. The atomising sheet according to claim 2 comprising a functional ring of different stiffness than the first, second and third regions, the functional ring being arranged between the first and second regions and/or the functional ring being arranged between the second and third regions.

The atomization sheet comprises a first functional layer, wherein the first functional layer is arranged on the surface of the first area, and the mass and/or the structural damping of the first functional layer are different from those of the circular area; b. the atomizing sheet comprises a second functional layer, wherein the second functional layer is arranged on the surface of the second area, and the mass and/or the structural damping of the second functional layer are different from those of the circular area; c. the atomizing sheet comprises a third functional layer, the third functional layer is arranged on the surface of the third area, and the mass and/or the structural damping of the third functional layer are different from those of the circular area.
