Description
Cannula assembly for trachea Technical Field The application relates to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to a sleeve assembly for an air pipe. Background Currently, patients who receive tracheotomy after laryngeal carcinoma surgery or due to tracheal invasion need to wear tracheal tubes for a long period of time to maintain the airway unobstructed, however, the existing products have obvious disadvantages. If the traditional metal sleeve is not provided with a cuff and the laryngeal operation region suddenly bleeds after operation, blood can directly flow into the lung along the tracheostomy, so that airway obstruction, dyspnea and even asphyxia are caused. Moreover, during rescue, blood may have invaded the lower respiratory tract, leading to increased difficulty in treatment and increased mortality. At the same time, metal cannulas can interfere with CT and magnetic resonance examinations, requiring temporary extubation by the patient, which can increase airway risk. However, existing cannula assemblies often employ a single design of "sleeved inner core-less" or "sleeved inner core-less". The sleeve with the cuff and without the inner core is easy to adhere to the inner wall, sputum and blood scab are required to be pulled out integrally during cleaning, the operation risk is high, the sleeve with the inner core and without the cuff cannot prevent bleeding in an operation area from flowing to the lung, and the choking hidden trouble still exists. In summary, the existing products are difficult to meet multiple requirements of postoperative emergency hemostasis, daily anti-blocking and the like. Disclosure of Invention The present invention aims to solve at least one of the technical problems existing in the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a sleeve assembly for an air pipe, which can independently take out a second sleeve so as to facilitate cleaning and replacement, and secondly, an annular air bag is sleeved on a first sleeve, an air channel is arranged in the pipe wall of the first sleeve, the air channel is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, the air inlet and the air outlet are both arranged on the peripheral wall of the first sleeve, and the air outlet is communicated with the annular air bag, so that the air inlet can be used for injecting air into the air channel to inflate the annular air bag, bleeding in an operation area is prevented from flowing to the lung, and potential safety hazards are reduced. The sleeve assembly for the trachea comprises a first sleeve, a second sleeve, an annular air bag and a gas channel, wherein the first sleeve is sleeved on the second sleeve, a clamping groove is formed in the inner wall of the first sleeve, an elastic buckle is arranged on the peripheral wall of the second sleeve and is in clamping fit with the clamping groove, the annular air bag is sleeved on the first sleeve, the wall of the first sleeve is provided with the gas channel, the gas channel is provided with a gas inlet and a gas outlet, the gas inlet and the gas outlet are both arranged on the peripheral wall of the first sleeve, and the gas outlet is communicated with the annular air bag.
