Claims (10)

  1. 1. The tracheotomy retractor of the integrated thyroid isthmus lifting structure comprises a retractor main body frame, a grab handle, a retractor arm assembly and a lifting assembly, wherein the grab handle is connected to the rear side of the retractor main body frame, the lifting assembly is mounted on the retractor main body frame and extends out of the retractor main body frame from the front side, the retractor arm assembly extends out of the retractor main body frame from the front side from two sides and is positioned on two sides of the lifting assembly, and the grab handle is operated to adjust the opening and closing degree of the retractor arm assembly.

The tracheotomy retractor of an integrated thyroid gland isthmus lifting structure of claim 1, further comprising a retractor fixing assembly mounted on the retractor body frame and located at the tail of the handle, the retractor fixing assembly comprising an arc-shaped rack plate and a locking piece, the arc-shaped rack plate being fixedly connected in a groove at one end of the retractor body frame near the tail of the handle, the locking piece having teeth and being movably connected in a groove at the other end of the retractor body frame near the tail of the handle, the teeth on the locking piece engaging with teeth grooves on the arc-shaped rack plate to fix the opening and closing position of the retractor.

The tracheotomy retractor of an integrated thyroid isthmus pulling structure of claim 1 or 2, wherein the pulling assembly comprises a barrel, a screw, a threaded sleeve, a fixture, and a pulling seat, the screw and the threaded sleeve being mounted in the barrel, an inner wall of the threaded sleeve being threadably connected to an outer edge of the screw, an outer wall of the threaded sleeve being slidably connected to an inner wall of the barrel, the fixture being connected to a front end of the threaded sleeve, the pulling seat being movably connected to the fixture on opposite sides, whereby the pulling seat is rotatable relative to the fixture to be elevated.

The tracheotomy retractor of the integrated thyroid isthmus lifting structure of claim 3, wherein the barrel of the lifting assembly is connected to the front side of a support shaft in the middle of the retractor main body frame, a poking wheel is arranged on the rear side of the support shaft, the poking wheel drives the screw rod to rotate so as to drive the threaded sleeve to move towards the front side, and anti-skid patterns are arranged on two sides of the upper end of the lifting seat.

The tracheotomy retractor of an integrated thyroid isthmus lifting structure of claim 1 or 2, wherein the retractor arm assembly comprises a connecting rod, a lower retractor arm, and an upper retractor arm, the connecting rod is symmetrically disposed at both sides of the front side of the retractor body frame, the lower retractor arm is fixedly connected to a side of the connecting rod opposite to the retractor body frame, and the upper retractor arm is telescopically disposed above the lower retractor arm such that the position of the upper retractor arm relative to the lower retractor arm is adjustable.

The tracheotomy retractor of an integrated thyroid isthmus lifting structure of claim 5, wherein the upper end of the lower retractor arm is provided with a mounting groove, both sides of the mounting groove are provided with fixing holes, the bottom of the upper retractor arm is fixedly connected with a telescopic piece, the telescopic piece stretches out and draws back in the mounting groove, both ends of the telescopic piece are provided with adjusting holes in a penetrating way, the adjusting holes are arranged in a plurality, the fixing holes are aligned with the adjusting holes, and the inserting rod passes through the fixing holes and the corresponding adjusting holes to be fixed.
  7. 7. The tracheotomy retractor of the integrated thyroid isthmus lifting structure of claim 5 wherein said lower retractor arm and upper retractor arm combination are arcuately configured for accommodating incised skin tissue.
  8. 8. The tracheotomy retractor of the integrated thyroid isthmus lifting structure of claim 4 wherein said fulcrum in the middle of said retractor body frame is dampened such that the retractor body frame is controllable to open and close.
  9. 9. The tracheotomy retractor of the integrated thyroid isthmus lifting structure of claim 2, wherein one end of the locking member is fixedly connected to a handle, and one end outside the handle is provided with a texture.
