- 1. A multifunctional oropharynx airway tube capable of sealing esophagus is characterized by comprising a main oropharynx airway tube (1) and an esophagus sealing component (2), wherein a main channel is arranged in the center of the main oropharynx airway tube (1), the esophagus sealing component (2) is fixed to the middle of the main oropharynx airway tube (1) through a fixing band (3), an oropharynx air bag (4) is arranged at a position, close to an extending end, of the main oropharynx airway tube (1), a certain distance is reserved between the end faces of the extending end of the oropharynx air bag (4), the oropharynx air bag (4) is fixedly sleeved on the outer wall of the main oropharynx airway tube (1) and is fixed to the back of a tongue root of a patient after inflation, the extending end of the main oropharynx airway tube (1) is arranged in the main air tube, and one end of the esophagus sealing component (2) penetrates through between the oropharynx air bag (4) and the main oropharynx airway tube (1) and extends into the stomach of the patient to seal the esophagus of the patient.
- 2. The multifunctional oropharynx airway tube capable of closing esophagus according to claim 1, wherein a baffle plate (11) is arranged at the outer end of the main oropharynx airway tube (1), and the outer edge of the baffle plate (11) protrudes outwards to form a flange.

The multifunctional oropharynx airway tube capable of sealing esophagus according to claim 1, wherein the middle part of the oropharynx airway main tube (1) is arc-shaped, the end face of the extending end is an inclined plane, the oropharynx air bag (4) is arranged at the arc-shaped part of the oropharynx airway main tube (1), one end of the oropharynx air bag is connected with an external oropharynx air bag air supply device (42) through an oropharynx air bag air tube (41), and the oropharynx air bag air tube (41) is fixed on the oropharynx airway main tube (1) through the fixing belt (3).

The multifunctional oropharyngeal airway capable of closing esophagus according to claim 1, wherein the esophagus closing assembly (2) comprises an esophagus air bag (21), an esophagus air bag vent pipe (22) and an esophagus air bag air supply device (23), one end of the esophagus air bag vent pipe (22) is fixedly connected with a supporting shaft positioned in the esophagus air bag (21) and communicated with the interior of the esophagus air bag (21), and the other end of the esophagus air bag vent pipe (22) is connected with the esophagus air supply device (23).

Background An oropharyngeal airway is an emergency device for keeping the upper respiratory tract unobstructed and is commonly used for the case of airway obstruction caused by coma patients or the falling of the tongue root. The device prevents airway obstruction by supporting the space between the tongue root and the back wall of the pharynx, assists ventilation of patients, and is a common basic device in first aid and anesthesia. The existing oropharynx breather pipe comprises a straight pipe and an arc-shaped bent pipe connected with the straight pipe, after the pipe is placed successfully, the straight pipe is a proximal end and is close to the population, the arc-shaped bent pipe is a distal end, and the arc-shaped bent pipe stretches into the pharynx to establish an artificial channel. However, after the endotracheal tube is placed, there is still a large gap between the endotracheal tube and the glottis through which oropharyngeal secretions and gastroesophageal reflux can readily flow into the subglottis and stay in the trachea above the endotracheal tube cuff. The un-sucked secretion flows into the deep part of the trachea and even into the bronchus, which can cause lung infection, bronchus blockage, atelectasis and the like, and seriously affects the prognosis of patients. Therefore, how to provide a multifunctional oropharyngeal airway capable of closing the esophagus is a problem that needs to be solved by the person skilled in the art.
