The high-flow tethered fire pump ship with the short-range flight capability is characterized by comprising a pump ship body (1), a water taking pump set (2) arranged on the pump ship body (1) and used for pumping water from a water area, a flight module arranged on the pump ship body (1) and used for providing lifting force to enable the pump ship body (1) to move at low altitude against ground obstacles, and a tethered module comprising a tethered cable (3), wherein one end of the tethered cable (3) is connected with the pump ship body (1) and the other end of the tethered cable is connected with an onshore power source and used for providing power for the pump ship body (1) and limiting the drifting range of the tethered cable, and a control unit (4) is used for controlling the start, stop and operation of the flight module and the water taking pump set (2).
